How do you explain the dinosaur bones dating back millions of years? Do you take Adam and Eve literally or figuratively?

There were some very prescient aspects to the biblical story. For example, God created water before he created land. It was only millions of years later that scientists concluded that life began in the sea and then worked its way onto solid ground.

Coincedence? Maybe. Maybe not.

Yes I take Adam and Eve literally.

I can't explain the dinosaurs dating back millions of years. Alternative explanations have been offered but I presume that the dating is wrong. I cannot prove the dating is wrong at this time. There are evidences that cast doubt on the dating such as...

• Radio-isotope halos
• Too much carbon in fossilized organic matter
• Ignatious rock from recent volcanic flows dated at millions of years old.
• Circular thinking with regard to dating (The fossils are old therefore the geologic layer is old. And since the geologic layer is old, the fossils must be old.)
• Discordant dates for the same rocks using different methods.
• The financial incentive that older finds get more funding.
• Animals believed to have been extinct for millions of years according to the fossil record found alive and well.

There is quite a bit of scientific information that is in the Bible that is not believed to have been science available 2500B.C.

Science in the Bible
