What "rule" would that be? Oh, right, there isn't one.
It can be a *courtesy* (not a "rule") to ping someone if their post is quoted, but a) you have posted enough insulting material that I owe you no courtesy, b) it's not as if I employed your post in a way that you would find objectionable or requiring rebuttal, I just included it to show that there are indeed people who hold the position you do (please don't try to claim that you object to having your public opinions made public...), and c) I wasn't interested in having the thread dragged farther afield by having you and your fellows pop in to add to the noise. And sure enough here you are with the same old routine. It has already been dealt with before, and I'm not going to waste time on it now.
But hey, if you wnt to argue with someone, and you clearly do, go take it up with wallcrawlr. He said, with regard to the notion that "a belief in evolution is incompatible with conservatism and a belief in God", and I quote, "It isnt. PERIOD." Let's you and him fight it out and get back to me when you come to a consistent position, m'kay? Until then, I'm not too impressed with your absolute claims to know what the Bible actually says, since it disagrees so much with other people's claims to know what the Bible says. Or as someone once pointed out, "So long as man is still in flesh, there will be the argument over what the Bible does in fact say and instruct.". Oh, wait, that was you, wasn't it?
