About that hammer--did you look in the box with the Christmas lights?
You could be right. Truth is, they may not be interrogating him at all just as we learned what happend with Joran. In fact that arrogant little S**t sat there with his fingers in his ears.!! This oh so "innocent" brat, wasn't even interrogated most of the time. I only wished that the FBI could have been left alone with him for a couple of days. Frankly, it's too bad his parent never parented this brute when he was manageable. If he were my son, he'd have been smucked across the face with a backhand the first time he lipped us off. When they are toddlers you can paddle their little padded butts but when they are young teens, that's a different story. That "attitude" needs nipping in the bud. Obviously this kid was encouraged to be the way he is. At 15 and 16 he's gambling, drinking, staying out all hours, one of his teachers called him a liar and a thief. It irks me that he is being protected and things are being manipulated. Just imagine how Beth, Dave, Jug and the rest of the family must feel.
Goodnight friends, being summoned here. Have a safe night all and God willing, we shall meet again tomorrow. CO
The cistern incident has never left my mind either, CO.
Well, it has been stated that he did work for the Visibility Team, which does beach patrol.
Tonight, on one of the news shows, I heard someone, his lawyer - I think, say that GvC was not working beach patrol in May or June, 2005.
True or not, I don't know. Time-cards existing to prove it or disprove it, I don't know. Who has control of those beach patrol time-cards, the Visibility Team, the police, or VCB Security, I don't know.
There is some sort of consulting relationship between GvC's father's VCB Security company and the Visibility Team.
It is a fact that Chief of Police Gerald Dompig, until very recently the lead investigator of Natalee's case, was a part of the Visibility Team in the recent several years, where one would assume that he met GvC when he worked there. I posted the pictures and articles about the Visibility Team and Dompig a few days ago in Thread 19.
Also, it has been said that Dompig's son Michael was on the Visibility Team and a friend of GvC.
This case is like a big swimming pool full of electric eels, where each one is squirming all over the place.
I believe that the eels will all swim to one spot soon and bite Joran and the K-2's in their collective a$$es.
Either way, rest in the knowledge that your presence was expected. Not necessarily welcome, but predicted.
From your lips........
on another note: the fact that John K. is smiling and pleased about this arrest and what he said "is to come" has me hoping he knows alot more than he can say. I'm trusting his instincts and what info he's privy to.
Fascinating...
Here is from Rita Cosby transcript.
MICHELLE KOSINSKI-So the detail is not coming from prosecutors, although some of the other attorneys in the case who do have access to some information have been vocal about certain things. For instance, the attorney for Joran Van Der Sloot said that, within the last two weeks, he won a court motion that granted him access to thousands of pages of investigative documents.
He says, in those documents, he learned that police found a t-shirt back in June, possibly belonging to Van Cromvoirt and possibly containing some sort of forensic evidence that may relate to this case. Also, he says those documents indicate that Van Cromvoirt worked in security for his fathers company, that he did some beach patrol.
---------------------------------------------
LEVINE: (LIVE & DIRECT tonight is private investigator Les Levine. He has been working with Joran Van Der Sloots American defense attorney, Joe Tacopina. ) Well, we dont know the name, other than the fact that the evidence that we understand that theyre using to have finally gotten to him was something that they found the first week of June. They found this shirt, along with other physical, on the beach, which may or not be related to this case.
But why this took 11 months for them to get to this young man, whose father runs the security, not only at the Holiday Inn but has a subdivision of his company that does the beach patrols, and from what we understand, this young man was working that night, this is just a travesty, to have persecuted Joran Van Der Sloot for 11 months when this evidence was lying in their file somewhere.
thank you for digging it up.
Just links as I am not sure what can and cannot be posted fully...
Yes, I feel the same way, exactly.

ORANJESTAD, Aruba (AP) - He is a clean-cut teen who worked briefly for the beach patrol, whose father runs a security company and sister graduated from the Aruban police academy
~snip~
Do you really think so!!!
Frankly, it's not my best. I'd give it a 2, maybe a 3. Nevertheless, I am so glad you liked it.

Van Cromvoirt worked on the beach patrol from August to December last year, said Rob Smith, chairman of the Aruba Hospitality and Security Foundation, which runs the program. He also worked at times for a water sports company, Smith said.
VAN SUSTEREN: And it's so regrettable if everyone gets sort of hopped up that finally, there'll be a resolution, if it turns out that this was simply a false lead.
KELLY: Well, you know what, Greta? That's true. And I would hope, at this point, the Aruban authorities have learned their lesson from so many missteps in the past that they'd be acutely aware of the possibility of raised expectations and that they would not take such drastic steps, if they thought it would just be another, you know, deflated balloon at the end. So hopefully, we're onto something, but we've got to be very cautious and we've got to let it develop in the way they want it to.
