When no qualifying words are used, the above is the usual and customary definition of "traitor," especially when applied to someone in high office.

You use it wrongly. Disagree with the President, and you'll have no argument with me. Call him a "traitor," though, and I'll be right here.

You are STILL wrong. No "qualifing words" are needed. The dictionary defintion is clear. In no way does "traitor" equate to "treason". Jeb, George and Republicans in Congress have been traitors to the conservative cause of law and order and limited government. You are wrong and your spin falls flat since you deny dictionary definititions.
