And if that happens due to a lack of public attention, then when make your accusations of who is at fault, be sure to do it while looking in a mirror. People are just going to see this as Terry Schiavo part II, remember the gossip, lies and outrageous accusations, and simply look away.

They were all against Clinton going against the rule of law, but in Terri's case they were willing to throw out the whole judicial system. Of course, libel and all that are secondary to their inflated sense of self righteousness.
What on earth does that statement mean? What happened to Terri Schiavo seems to have paved the way for others to be treated similarly. Some of us do bother emailing, writing snail mail, and phoning the proper authorities. Oh wait a minute, now I get it! If anyone else dies like Terri, it will be our fault. Is that your point? If it is, it doesn't wash.

Uh, no. Common law marriages were abolished in Florida in 1968. Michael was not married to two women at the same time. Michael was not a bigamist.

You have to wonder what difference it makes to Michael and Jodi? It might spoil an expensive church wedding. It might remind Jodi that her white dress didn't symbolize quite as much purity as other brides manage. It might remind Michael that he promised God to stand by Terri "in sickness and in health" and "forsaking all others." Other than that, if the church invalidates their marriage, it seems merely a formality. They were already flouting God's law.

Again, why do you struggle so? Swallowing of saliva can only be attributed to the pharyngeal reflex. Ergo, it was present. This fact is not even in dispute. Indeed, supporters of Michael Schiavo hasten to point out that "plenty of people with PVS retain the swallowing reflex," in order to counter incorrect claims that the reflex proves she is not in PVS.

The falling out occurred after Michael got the money and decided to stop treating Terri. Now why is it you don't find that timing very odd.
I have done nothing of the sort. The truth of the matter is that in many states in the USA when you live with a person for a certain amount of time you are considered married. He just happened to live in Fl where that is not the case. So legally he was not a bigamist in Fl. I said that. I said in "essense" he was, as defined in many other states in America. I have made nothing up.
In fact, the reflexive component of swallowing is often preserved to various degrees in patients with PVS (cf. Cole G, Cowie VA. Clin Neuropathol. 1987;6:104-9.)

When he's not having fellow death cultists give him awards, he's on the bench hearing cases. He's a murderer and the trial lawyers who make money on defrauding wards of the state and then having them starved to death just luv the big lug.

I couldn't care less how many patients with PVS can swallow and to what degree. Terri couldn't, as confirmed by the tests run on her.

Save them. I never denied that she could swallow saliva.

And the only way to move your lower leg is to tap the patellar tendon with a reflex hammer. Go away with your "if she could swallow saliva, she could eat a T-bone steak" argument. You bore me.
