SAFETY HARBOR, Florida (AP) -- Terri Schiavo's former husband has married his longtime girlfriend, friends and family members say.
Michael Schiavo and his longtime girlfriend, Jodi Centonze, were wed Saturday at a church in Florida. The bride's brother says it was a very emotional ceremony.
Schiavo's former wife, Terri, had suffered severe brain damage more than a decade ago and died last March after her feeding tube was removed.
Michael Schiavo had argued his wife was in a vegetative state, and would not want to be kept alive artificially.

The newlyweds first met in a dentist's office and began a relationship after Terri Schiavo was already in a nursing home. They have two young children.

People may have said some pretty awful things about Michael Schiavo, but I feel fairly sure that if there were actual threats made to Michael's life, that JimRob would have heard from the "authorities" or the poster would have been suspended or banned completely. No way would JimRob risk FR for a few stupid comments. This is his baby!

I did not see any overt threats, and lots of posts got deleted. "I will repay, saith the Lord" (for believers only). It is only for the courts of the land to mete out justice, injustice in this case imo. We are not supposed to take it into our own hands.

You obviously cannot read. I never used the word "murder". I did use the word "kill", which is literally true: he sought, and won, a court order to terminate her life.

"Points out to you" suggests an assertion of fact. The fact is in dispute, and I have repeatedly made quite clear exactly what the grounds of dispute are.
It's not an incontrovertible fact, but the weight of the evidence supports it.
I can't tell whether you realize that you're giving a statement of opinion. Stupid opinion, to be sure--but definitely opinion. That is, you opine that the preponderance of evidence supports Mr. Schiavo's contention. Since evidence doesn't possess mass, it cannot have literal "weight", and therefore it cannot be asserted as a fact that the evidence one way or the other is "weightier".
Apparently you think they were so interested that they would lie in order to facilitate her murder.
You seem to think it's necessary to prove that Schiavo lied; it isn't. Rather, it's necessary to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Schindler was telling the truth. I do not know whether he lied, but I am insufficiently convinced that he is telling the truth. We know incontrovertibly that he wished to terminate her life, because he lodged a suit to achieve that end. His assertions concerning his motives cannot be accepted without corroborating evidence, which was not forthcoming.
In post #46 you declared that Michael Schiavo murdered Terri.
Buy hooked on phonics. You'll learn that "K" says "kuh, kuh," as in "killed," not "muh, muh" as in "murdered." Then re-read my post, and notice that the word I used started with "K". When you finish the rest of the alphabet, you'll be able to figure out what word I actually used. Good luck to you.
