Whenever you are shown tastes of the evidence, and pointed towards sources where you can find enough evidence to keep you busy for more than a lifetime, you hand-wave it away with "that's not PROOF, I want PROOF"... Just admit it -- you don't *want* to see the evidence, and you're making excuse after excuse as to why you won't consider any of it.

Yes, it *is* too much to ask for that you might open your eyes and go learn something for a change, instead of refusing to look, refusing to think, refusing to accept even the most obvious fact if it might contradict your cherished preconceptions.
So, until I find actual PROOF,
Science does not deal in "PROOF", nor does any other method of examining the real world. "PROOF" only exists in entirely self-contained artificial realms like mathematics. If it's "PROOF" you insist upon, you're setting the bar impossibly high for anything/everything (except that which you *want* to believe, which you certainly don't have "PROOF" of either), which I suspect you're doing on purpose in order to have a cheap excuse to reject anything you don't want to think about.

That's because you're grossly ignorant of the evidence yourself *and* refuse to accept the conclusions of those who have spent entire careers examining the evidence, and the reason for *that* is because you refuse to look at it, knowing that it challenges your preferred beliefs.

If you think that your foot-stomping refusal to look and learn is convincing anyone of the validity of your side, you're very mistaken. Quite the contrary, in fact. Nor are you helping the conservative cause by providing a perfect example of the sort of behavior that makes too many people think that all conservatives must be equally as close-minded and afraid of knowledge.
