I think I need to bleach my eyes now....

So on the news I think he was the mayor of biloxi--Holloway? Is that a relation to Natalee?

I was wondering about that, too. I thought I was going to bed and I am still watching Geraldo cover the storm. It's still 100 miles out but you can't tell by the extremes with which the palm trees are bending!

Just popped in to see that NSNR has checked in and all are happy that Cajungirl is safe. Anyone heard yet from Malichi?

Malichi, checkin' in. Had to go to Wal-Mart. No bread, no D or C batteries. Kids are out of school tomorrow. I'm a good 150 miles north of New Orleans but we're expecting TS force winds at 0900, 50 mph winds at 1300, 60-70 mph winds at 1500, then 80 mph winds with gust to 100mph from 1800 to 2200.

Hate to do this but I'm going to have to pray for a strike on my pos the Mississippi Gulf Coast. If this bitch makes landfall in the worst case scenario, it's going to be horrible. I love New Orleans. My wife and I go down there twice a year and stay in room 6 at the Maison de Ville. I am afraid that our room is going to be under 10 feet of chemical, sewage, and oil laced water. It's on the second floor so no telling what's going to be in the 10 feet of water below it.

I'll report in to ya'll as long as we've got power.

Hey, as my Daddy always says, you can't kill a billy goat. Ya'll don't worry about me and my family we're going to be ok, ya'll pray for the poor souls in New Orleans.

Will do. I'm trying to wrangle up a generator so I can keep the computer running.

I had to clear everything off the deck and put it in the lee of the house. Also had to push the trampoline up against the neighbors fence.

Sam, my two year old, didn't appreciate me putting his John Deere Gator and Happy Car(Yellow and Red car don't know the name) in the lee of the house also.

Mrs. Malichi is the biggest worrier of things that don't need to be worried about and is very nonchalant about things that do. She was pissed that I spent so much money at Wal-Mart. I had to explain to her that most Entergy crews are heading south after landfall and it may be a couple of days to get power back if it goes out.

There is no doubt that "Victor" lives with his mommy still and that he shacks up in her basement. If mommy only knew what he was doing with his computer! - You can tell mommy no longer washes his BVD's for him just look how dingy they are!

Malachi, where are you located?

I just heard on FNC the army engineers are saying in a worst case scenario New Orleans could be under water for six months.

I just sauntered over here to see if there is any news on the case and I have to tell you I'm profoundly shocked to see the thread has been hijacked by disruptors wandering off-topic. Shame.

I wonder what else they have, or what that fabric might "tell."

Your idea about the forceful rip, perhaps?

Just think of those that thought and stated that we and others were/are wasting our time following this case and demanding justice.

I couldn't agree more, TK.

How could any mother walk away from her child, leaving her death unanswered, and unavenged? And how could anyone else ever think she should have let it go?

Beth has the admiration of all of us who want justice to be served in this case.

What a nightmare this has been.

As others have said before: Natalee is a daughter to all of us.
