I have been hearing Katrina is category 5. I can't imagine what it will be like, or the extent of the damage. Prayers for Malichi and for all in Louisiana.

Yes, Shep is being serious and trying to warn people to prepare for this monster storm. The problem is he is talking with people on Burbon Street and they don't seem to be concerned about any hurricane other than the ones they are consuming.
