Yes, she does. And she's really pounding home on the fact of the investigators and prosecutor not wanting to persue this case from the beginning. Notice she says "not wanting" instead of something like "failed to." She's not mincing words on that one.

She says they are not sure of where all the "unwillingness' to investigate came from in the beginning...if there continues to be an unwillingness it could be the prosecutor, a couple of the investigators...or if VDStraaten is back involved with the case...then we know where the unwillingness comes from.
Also, Beth said the MB kids would surely submit to further questioning...with the FBI involved...ALE needs to utilize the FBI.

Good question. From what I've gathered, ALE is doing this more as a correction of their own procedures. It's something they should have done long ago, but didn't, so now they'll back up and do it now. If it isn't productive, well, hey...at least they look like they are trying to do the right thing.
It seems obvious the questioning of the students hasn't been triggered by evidence of any kind since Dompig says they still need to assess which kids they need to question and what questions they need to ask of them.

Yes, I listened to Beth and she means business when talking about HOW the investigation is to be run. She clearly wants the FBI overseeing everything. Her MIStrust of the ALE and the Prosecutor is screaming loud!!
Really? WHO said the PVDS won't be further investigated? Last I heard was Dompig said he was STILL a suspect both during and AFTER the crime or words to that effect. Please don't tell me that CORRUPT Judge has freed PVDS from any further investigation.

well, we are talking apples and oranges here...yes, paulus is still subject to investigation, and so is the known world, but he has extricated himself from (temporarily, i stated, please note) from the arrest circle, i.e., those people on a list that police would be about to act on...doesn't mean it can't happen, just that isn't on the agenda now, and all of this comes from long term observation of ALE, their practices and abilities (or their actual interest in) to arrest those who are in the inner circle of island brown noses...and don't be surprised if the release of joran to attend college (golly darn, isn't the aruban judicial system just the inspirational best when it come to education? oh yeah)in holland doesn't significantly delay aruban authorities ability to bring him to justice and allow a formal arrest; it could take years

ORANJESTAD(AAN): During an interview with Police Commissioner Dompig, he explained that the investigative team has invited Natalee Holloway’s mother, Beth Twitty to tell police more about the last contact she had with her daughter.
Dompig indicated that the mother has made her intention to boycott Aruba, while Natalee’s father has cooperated very well with the investigation.
The commissioner says that it is very lamentable that the mother prefers to have contact with police only through her lawyer or American ‘talkshows’.
He also explains that he fully denies to go on any talkshow to answer questions along with the mother.

According to Commissioner Dompig he still has different important questions for the group, among others how they went to the airport if Natalee did not appear, and how they didn’t sound the alarm earlier than when they left, of those who where staying in the room with her.
