On Greta tonight, PVDS has filed legal action against the Aruban government because he maintains he was detained unjustly, since he claims he had nothing to do with Natalee Holloway's disappearance.

Greta said the amount of money he is asking for is not specified in the lawsuit. Jossy Mansur said the amount of money could not be determined until after PVDS is determined by the judge to either still be a suspect in the case or determined not to be a suspect. This is scheduled for Nov. 11 for PVDS to have that determination.

Greta and Jossy talked about the missing fish cage and knife that was reported missing to the police from the fishing huts the morning just after Natalee went missing. Jossy said it is made with chicken wire, and is big enough to contain a body.

Very strangely Fox News played the video of the finding of the green fabric while Jossy was talking. The green fabric is plainly seen in the man's hand. I was so amazed to finally see the green fabric again. This seems very significant to me

I saw this too. It seemed like they showed a LOT more footage of it this time.......one thing I noticed this time is that (being in motion) it looked to be ripped to (literally) shreds, something I didn't notice the first time and couldn't see in the stills that were posted here long ago.

I've always thought the green fabric was part of Natalee's blouse. Wasn't it found in the water on the East side of the island, just North of the shark feeding area?

Yes, it is in several small pieces. What strikes me is that when the piece is showing between the man's legs, it looks just like the bodice like a swin suit top. I think the blouse would separate at the seam that would be there.

Yes it was found on the East side, near where the duct tape with the hairs was found, and within a mile of the hole in the ground called the open grave.

Are they ever full of it. I'm sorry but I don't believe they are doing a bloody thing of any consequence. They CONTINUE to disregard the REAL evidence and the REAL perps. IMO these phonies are boxing the air and pretending to do something. UNTIL the Van der Sloot property, every inch of it, is searched properly by American teams with high tech equipment, they have NOT even begun to do anything significant on this case. And then tonight I hear that Paulus Van der Sloot has the absolute audacity to sue the Aruban Government???? For what? Give me a major break. HE's the one who should be sued and prosecuted.

I unfortunately have a BIG PROBLEM with ALL of the Judges that have been involved in this case. They are just as CORRUPT as the Law Enforcement (if you can call it that) and the Government.

Actually Lucy that wasn't a shark feeding area any more. Apparently, it used to be the area where the hotels discarded old food etc. and then because of health concerns and smell so close to the hotels, that practice was stopped several years ago. That story is simply a ruse.

Precisely. These Judges CANNOT be trusted. THAT was made abundantly clear. No matter what the evidence presented to them, it was never enough to even support a strong suspicion. Just GAG me. This is one of the biggest shams I have ever witnessed. I'd love to see every major city in America and Canada peppered with BOYCOTT ARUBA billboards. People need to know just how DANGEROUS that island is. And the fact is, one of America's beautiful daughters has been discarded like TRASH!!

Boca Mahos

One other comment...all Arubans know that Boca Mahos is where the sharks have always been fed...for over 60 years the edible waste has been dumped there at specific times to let the sharks dispose of butcher shop offal, etc.

Anyone who had deliberately tried to dispose of a body would have backed up to the edge of Boca Mahos and thrown it there...and the FBI divers were not about to go diving in Boca Mahos to look for bones in the turbulent seas.

...just toss the body into the waters of Boca Mahos and that would be the end of it. All of my friends had the same response: Boca Mahos.

This might be the exact reason some feel there has been a turn in the case the last few days. How happy can the Aruban Government, ALE be hearing this.
