He loses all credibility when he uses Joran's claim of Natalee wanting to 'partake' as part of his equation to a reasoned opinion.
was there ever a rape where the perp said, "the truth is, everything that happened was against her will since she was actually a good person"? so by his very description of the crime alpo has certified his guilt...if they never spoke another word enough has been said for a wise person's conclusion
afterthought:
boycotting aruba as a PERMANENT stance in response to the murder and rape of natalee holloway should be an absolute for any american or justminded person, although the word boycott is misleading, since the word implies someone was planning a trip there in the first place, and that wouldn't be the case for myself, except possibly in relationship to her disappearance specifically, since i don't push drugs or belong to organized crime...the place is an ethical pigpen and always has been...its an island haven for criminals and all the pretty lights and dressing will never change that fact--i'd sooner go to nuevo laredo....graduating high school kids don't need an aruban experience--they need a trip that's educationally based, like to the grand canyon or washington, d.c., to visit our national shrines with a docent style guide and chaperone---i know, i know; i am missing the entire point of the kids having "earned" this adult experience...but then, so are they with these types of celebrations...what does one do for college graduation, send them to a party on the moon?

I think so, too. I said before that I would not look at his site again, but I had this relapse. I hesitated to post this from Dan, but Dan is able to get news of Greta's interviews, and I haven't found out how to get her transcripts.
This post had a couple of items that interested me:
Per Dan: "On Fox tonight it appeared as though statements from Americans present that night have been put into the form of affidavits and are being provided to ALE."
Per Dan: "More than one individual among the group of Americans present at the Joran home that night report a belief that the boys were lying and did indeed do something to harm Natalee Holloway."
But then Dan goes on to say:
"I was contacted by an individual associated with the Alabama side of this equation to set the record straight as regards certain aspects of the trip and the early investigation."
Per Dan: "Among other topics, we specifically but very imprecisely discussed Joran Van Der Sloot's statements that evening as relayed from an individual there. During that conversation it was clear to me that Joran made statements indicating some type of sexual activity between he and Natalee. I know that because the individual stated that Joran talked about certain aspects of his time that my source preferred not to go into as there was no need and they were not the type of issue which needed to be discussed in public."
Dan is quick to point out hearsay when it pertains to Beth:
Dan says, "Beth expressed concern as to whether ALE had records of statements from the first night in Aruba, particularly as regards specific statements of Joran Van Der Sloot. This, Beth said, should include a statement from a DEA agent present - Erik something, perhaps? I missed the name. I do have at least something to add here as regards those statements, though I am sure it is hearsay."
However when Dan says: "I know that because the individual stated that Joran talked...", then Dan is repeating hearsay, but it doesn't seem to bother him when he indulges in hearsay.
Do as I say, not as I do, huh Dan.??
Furthermore, Dan says, "I know that because the individual stated that Joran talked about certain aspects of his time that my source preferred not to go into as there was no need and they were not the type of issue which needed to be discussed in public. I agreed."
So, I guess Dan is competent to make the judgment that "certain aspects of his (Urine's) time" that night not be revealed. It would be interesting to the rest of the world, I think, to know what information Dan is agreeing should not be revealed "as there was no need".
Enough of Dan, already. I promise no more posts from Dan, ever.

Hey, thanks for posting that pic and link to SPI.
SPI has the best surf on the whole US Gulf coast.
It's a 35 mile long island with about 30 miles of undeveloped beach. The fishing is great in the surf or the Laguna Madre. I've been lucky enough to have played on this island all my life.
I noticed Dan take a left fork in the road recently. He suddenly was bashing Beth. That was enough for me to never click on his website again.
It disgusts me when Beth is bashed. She's been called a liar by some of these jerks and has been proven truthful each time.
Beth said for a long time that the Sloot's home had never been searched. She was disputed by ALE and called a liar by many. Months later, along comes Dompig confirming Beth's claim.
I've always put my trust in Beth and will continue to do so.

Hey my son says the same thing: round them up into one place and drop a nuke on the bunch!! These blood thirsty people have nothing but murder on their minds and their murder is aimed at us in the West. All these TV interviews are driving me crazy. There is no FIRE in them. Dompig NEVER says anything of any real value. He's always hedging and especially when any discussion of bringing the VDS's back comes up. He outright lies in regard to statements. We all know that these guys admitted to rape since Natalee was in and out of consciousness, we all know that they KNOW how she died and where her body was disposed of. I'm so SICK of this dancing around the same bush all the time. I want some bloody ACTION!! Even Beth needs to show more fire. She needs to call Dompig a LIAR. He is one!! An absolute storm needs to descend on that Island and especially the LE office and the Prosecutor's office. Keep the PRESSURE UP CONTINUALLY!!

When I first heard that audio clip of Deepak that Jamie Skeeters recorded of him calling NH a slut, saying she dressed like one, etc., it made me start to wonder if Mama Kalpoe had lied to us about her boys' religion. Just about a month ago after reading on RWV the posts from that intrepid reporter "scubajap" (rumored to be Julie Renfro) who whispers all sorts of Aruban gov't sweet nothings in Dan's ear, I posted this on the FR NH thread:
Reading on RWV, I found this from "scubajap" the infamous American journalist living on Aruba. This was posted 9/15 as she attempts to excuse what Deepak said about Natalee concerning his responses to Skeeter in the interview heard on Dr. Phil. When I heard Deepak's comments about Natalee's dress, etc. it crossed my mind that perhaps Mama Kalpoe may have lied to us about something else when she said her boys were "good Hindus." Suriname is 20+% Islamic in faith. Maybe Mama K is smart enough (or somebody running her is) to attempt to manipulate us. Says NH did not like her boys because they are "black"; knows enough to figure it's not a good idea to say boys are Islamic? He did not show up at his job for two days A. M. local 21 June 200 5 P olice is investigating the cause behind the dead of the man Rene van Heyningen whose body was found behind the Government cemetery at Sabana Basora. It was mrs. Y.C.H., 29 years old, who arrived home at Sabana Basora around 7:30 a.m. Saturday to find the house in a total mess and with signs of violence, including traces of blood. At observing the scene police said that the injured person could not be alive. The man that should have been at that house could not be found anywhere, and his grey pick-up truck was not there either. Immediately alarm was sounded. Police agents who arrived at the scene started a thorough search of the area and moments later discover the pick-up truck behind the Government cemetery in Sabana Basor. The beheaded body of Rene van Heyningen, who worked at the refinery, was found in the bushes not far from the vehicle. Rene van Heyningen was born on Janaury 12, 1973 and resided at van Lennepstraat 17 in San Nicolas. So far, no detention has taken place in this case. According to the police, the house owner was heard as a possible witness.

This man was found murdered 2 or 3 weeks after Natalee disappeared. Some have speculated that PVDS saying, "No body, no case", could mean that the body is simply gone forever (will never be found) - such as being incinerated in a crematory, or in a high temperature furnace. There is supposed to be such a furnace at the Valero refinery. The dead man worked at the refinery. Perhaps he saw something so incriminating that he had to be silenced.
It does seem strange that the woman could have killed him, nearly decapitating him, carried his body from the house to the truck, lifted his body up into the truck and transported him to the cemetery, all on her own. Most women probably would not have the strength in their upper arms and back to do that.
Dan Abrams is a real jerk. He has no inside info whatsoever on this case, although he pretends to know a lot.
I think he is jealous of Greta.
