I found this on Scared Monkeys. It was originally posted on websleuths which I know nothing about their accuracy. It is supposedly an email written by Jamie Skeeters. It seems authentic, but I can't personally verify it.

I talked to the folks at the Dr. Phil show today to see what the heck that chief of police was talking about last night.
It was news to the Phil folks. They told me that "No One" from Aruba has ever contacted them for the tapes. Dr. Phil on national TV told everyone including the police at Aruba that he was turning the tapes over to them, just come at get them. It's called "Chain of Evidence" keeps evidence with integrity and credibility.
I called the office of the Aruba chief of police this morning to see what they were talking about. They couldn't locate him???? Sounds like more games that they like to play. Can't find one of their four chief's???
About a week ago, I telephone Beth's Attorney in Aruba (Helen) and told her that we need to get these tapes to them since the election on 9-28-05 was over. I invited her to come to California and we would give her the tapes and make it public so that the authorities in Aruba could not "lose" them like they have done with many other pieces of evidence. She liked the idea. I said, you can invite the chief, prosecutor and even the prime minister if she wanted to do that.
I told her that we would give all of them copies of all the tapes, if this is what she wanted to do. She said that she would get back to me ASAP. I told her that we would bring them over to her in Aruba if she wanted to this as well.
On 9-28-05, on the same day as the election results, the same folks won the election, I called the FBI and requested that they take charge of the original tapes and share them with the Aruba authorities. They really wanted those tapes as the Aruban authorities have not been treating out FBI to nice. Dr. Phil sent the tapes to the FBI a week ago.
As far as this chief in Aruba saying that Dr. Phil has "conditions", is just more political nonsense. The Dr. Phil show is over and has been for over a month. It's just the same old stall that been going on for three months. Even Beth knew that the tapes were in the hands of the FBI.
However, I think that it would be a good idea to film the Aruba authorities receiving the tapes, here or there, where the entire world could witness all of them receiving the same exact copies of the same tape. It would then be difficult for them to lose all three copies...but then again..nothing would surprise me at this point.
By the way, I read the transcripts of those tapes for the first time yesterday. WOW, there is more good stuff in there that even I forgot about. The tape is over two hours long...

I believe that I will have to go on one of the shows to share to with the public what I just shared with you. Clear things up...
I'll try calling that chief once again in the morning, and see what he's talking about.
Also, a few "doubters" are saying that the tape is "doctored" and it's not Deepak talking on the tapes. Apparently they haven't been told that the tapes are "Video" tapes not just recording tapes. I even think the they don't realize that even in Aruba.

I tell you what Lucy, I wouldn't visit Aruba for the Obvious reasons but NOW take into consideration the traffic coming from the infected Netherlands, FORGET IT!! The medical community is actually at a complete loss as to how to "contain" such a virus. With all the eating at restaraunts, drinking in bars etc., I would never take the chance. And besides, WHO would want to take this back to the United States or Canada or Britian etc.? Not worth it!! Steeerike TWO!!
That sounds like a good idea to me. Truth is, these FIVE should have never been released in the first place. Van der Straaten definitely should receive some form of punishment.

A close statement was that Joran wanted to take Nat to his home but only stopped there and didn't get out...then left.
None of Joran's statements match up...differing details in each.
