The early transcripts are in from the Dr. Phil show and it is sure to infuriate all. With some shocking new comments from Beth Twitty and interviews with Deepak Kalpoe that makes one just shake their head in disgust.

Natalee’s mother, Beth, has told Dr. Phil about a piece of information she has never made public before. Dr. Phil asks her to disclose it now.

“Well, when I hear them speaking of they’re trying to decide whether Natalee has been raped or kidnapped,” Beth says “I have read, I’ve had translated to me Joran van der Sloot’s statements. And one of his statements that I found was huge, and this was the one that he gave on June 13 at 8:30 in the morning, and he now states that this is the truth, quote, this is Joran saying ‘Now here’s the truth.”

In an interview that covers much of the already known background and some new and explosive revelations one needs to look no further than a couple of statements made by Deepak Kalpoe and wonder how in the hell is this person just considered a suspect, having been released from prison on suspicion of murder and restrictions lifted as well? One needs to look no further than the following two statements as Deepak is being questioned whether individuals can pay bartenders to slip their dates drugs in their drinks:

“I haven’t heard the bartender story,” Deepak says. “I know there is a drug called Ecstasy. I heard they slip that into drinks.”

Next Deepak gives Jamie his impressions of Natalee: “To tell you quite frankly, dressed like a slut, talked like one. Would go in a car with three strange guys and her mother claiming her to be the goody two shoes. Enough of the BS already.”

Then Deepak makes the following comment as well:

Deepak says, “I don’t have any close friends anymore. They’re all gone.”

“Really? Because of this?” asks Jamie.

“Everything is empty,” he replies. “If I knew where the body is I would tell them a long time ago. Let them start a trial and get this over with. I don’t care.” Dr. Phil asks Beth for her reaction to what Deepak has said.

So in Deepak Kalpoe’s mind and I would assume the other two suspects in the car that were last seen with Natalee Holloway, it was open season for them to do anything to her because of the fact that she got in a car with them? In Deepak’s mind the way Natalee was dressed makes her a slut and he would be allowed to do anything he pleased because of that fact. Sounds more like a sexual predator than it does a suspect walking the tourist filled streets, free to mingle around on the “One Happy Island” of Aruba thanks to Judge’s decisions. Deepak questions the dress and actions of Natalee, yet I have seen far worse dress and comment behavior on the popular Tickle Sites of Aruba. One needs to go no further than Deepak’s Tickle site and witness the “Friends of Deepak”. Gee girls, what does Deepak think of your dress style?

The other comment that stands out is the one where Deepak references “if he knew where the body was”. The body? Did you mean to say Natalee Holloway? The body, so then Deepak knows that there is a body and she is not alive? A rather interesting slip of the tongue.

Dave Holloway Returning to Aruba Tomorrow

I spoke with Dave Holloway on the eve of his return to Aruba in his quest for answers. Having kept silent as to the exact time of his return until todays call when I was given the OK; Dave Holloway stated that this would be a fact finding mission and that he wanted to get answers to certain questions. In Dave’s words,

I want to get answers to questions that need answers. I want to follow up on some tips and you never know when there is some area you just may want to look again.

Dave Holloway plans on being in Aruba for 4 or 5 days, but as he said, “you never know the plans may change.” Dave will meet with his attorney Vinda de Sousa and will probably want to meet with investigators and maybe the Prosecutor’s office. I am sure after the release of Joran and the Kalpoe brothers and todays court ruling that even the restrictions are being lifted against the three suspects, Dave must have plenty of questions he wants answered.

In talking with Dave today he did reference that he was not surprised at the Judge’s decision. I guess I would have to admit I was not either, except for the lifting of the restrictions against the three suspects. We did both discuss the fact that it is truly amazing that they last three people to ever have been seen and admittedly been with Natalee are now just free to walk about as the Judge stated there was a “lack of sufficient grounds and serious suspicions” to keep the restrictions. We both did a collective sigh. However, Dave remains positive, focused and determined. Dave is willing to take the slow and methodical approach if necessary. For all involved, when speaking to Dave it is tough to get discouraged at the events of the day when he remains so determined.

Dave Holloway later went on to say that he thought that the pond area/Racquet Club location Pondand the landfill were still points of interest. When asked whether he or the family was ever told that the landfill witness was ever deemed not credible by the LE or Prosecutors office Dave made it a point to say that he was present when the witness under went a voice analysis and passed it as telling the truth.

We wish Dave Holloway safe travel and hope he finds the answer that he is looking for.

Decision of the Superior Court

This afternoon, the Superior Court announced the decision of the appeal presented last week in the case of the three suspects Joran van der Sloot, Satish Kalpoe, and Deepak Kalpoe.

The Superior Court terminated the suspended detention completely for all three suspects. The Superior Court is in the opinion that there is not strong enough evidence or serious motive to continue the detention.

The three persons will remain suspects in the case of the Natalee Holloway disappearance.

This is the short version from the prosecutors office. Curacao will be sending a more detailed version including the DNA appeal results shortly.

Update: From the AP; Aruba Court Lifts Curbs on Three Suspects in Missing U.S. Teen Case

A court ruled Wednesday that three suspects in the disappearance of a U.S. teenager can remain free without conditions - overturning an earlier decision that restricted their travel.

The appeals court ruled there was a “lack of sufficient grounds and serious suspicions” to keep the restrictions on Joran van der Sloot and two Surinamese brothers, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, the Aruban prosecutor’s office said.

I think many people will just be scratching their collective heads on this one. Totally free and without conditions for those who were the last ever seen with Natalee Holloway.

They are totally free,” Kock said.

Vinda de Sousa, a lawyer for the Holloway family, expressed disappointment with the ruling.

“Of course, it’s not what we were hoping for, but I’m convinced that this is not the end of the investigation,” de Sousa said.

The Aruban prosecutor’s office did not comment beyond the brief statement.

After an absence from CNN’s Nancy Grace Show, Beth Holloway Twitty continued fer assault on the Aruban Justice system. From Beth Holloway Twitty:

Well, you know, Nancy, I was thinking, I knew there was corruption and cover-up involved. But I certainly didn`t know they were cowards either, and to hide beneath the cloak of Hurricane Katrina is just reprehensible. And you know, I think — I think of the Dutch government, and I want to keep the focus on this political party in place, NEP (ph). I think of this judge, Rick Smit. And I can`t imagine putting the suspects` rights or the suspects, you know, before the victim of Natalee, and that why should he choose to be concerned about Joran attending university in The Hague? It just is unbelievable.

Beth would later go on to make the following statement:

Well, Nancy, I actually think there is, and I`ve had five of Joran`s statements that are printed in Dutch translated for me. You know, he states specifically in one of his statements, he prefaced it with, well, now, my third statement was not true, now here`s the truth. We drove — I drove Natalee to my home at 1:40 a.m. on May 30th. He says he has sex with her. You know, if kidnapping — and she`s coming in and out of consciousness when — as he`s describing her in these statements.

You know, if kidnapping and rape is not a crime within the Dutch government, well, then there is — then the Dutch government is serving no purpose.

While I had the best dad anyone on the planet could ask for - I have to say, I think Dave is a dream dad....you just know he'll keep going until he finds her one way or the other. Beth is the Hurricane that keeps attention focused, Dave is the one I'd be a little afraid of if I had anything to hide.

BETH TWITTY appeared on Nancy Grace this evening to talk about the current situation of her missing daughter. Twitty says her lawyer has filed several appeals, one to bring Joran van der Sloot back to Aruba to try him for rape. The appeals have yet to be decided upon by the Aruban justice system.

Dr Phil was great, he said that the stuff they have on these losers is being handed over to the Aruban authorities as soon as the show was over. What I am worried about is the obvious corruption. I never once thought it to be incompetence as much as it was conspiracy.
Starting with Judge Van Der Slime's friendship with the first police chief, right there it was suspicious. I had heard early on that someone had said they overheard that police chief say early on, "how can I prosecute my best friend's son?" No, it was not incompetence, it was purposely botched to look like incompetence so they could give the Judge wannabe and his a*hole son and friends a chance to dispose of a body and evidence. We all have to send letters and let their loser government know that Americans stand together and the 75% tourism they get from Americans will be gone if we don't get answers. That will make their little crime infested island dry up and become Haiti II.

Their legal system was tried. Witnessing corruption prevailing justice in Aruba/Holland, your suggestion is all we/USA have control over. Since they 'hit us where it hurts', our payback will hit them where it hurts - tourism/money.

I cannot imagine the terror our American daughter/sister, Natalee, experienced that frightful night at the hands of those who wished her harm for their own pleasure.

My comments regarding Dr. Phils' show yesterday start at # 1822 of this thread Frou. Many more follow as well. Phil was great. He was angry, called for a boycott of Aruba and apparently has had his own investigative team in Aruba for a while now. He told Beth that he would do ANYTHING he could to help solve this case. It was great, to say the least.

After hearing about the coming in and out of consciousness, I'm seeing the belt that Art Wood found in a new light. What weapon is so handy and always with a man - why, the belt he wears every day.
