Surinamese Deepak Kalpoe, 21, arrives to court in Oranjestad, Aruba, Friday, Aug. 26, 2005. Aruban police arrested Kalpoe and his brother Satish, 18, along with a third person according to government spokesman Ruben Trapenberg, saying he doesn't know if the arrests are connected to the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Two Surinamese brothers, Satish and Deepak Kalpoe, who had been detained and released in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway were arrested again Friday based on new evidence, officials said. The brothers were detained on suspicion of involvement, with unidentified 'other people,' in premeditated murder and rape, the prosecutor's office said. Person to the right is unidentified. WHERE IS NATALEE
Beth T tried to get justice for her dtr......but one American girl means nothing to the Aruban power machine and the Sluts in particular......
what to do now?
well, after NO is "better"......its going to get better but never the same....but after the Katrina damage is somewhat less dominating, Beth and her husband and all relatives of missing people must come before Congress and the MSM and PUSH for changes.....
what changes?.......since the Arubans seem incapable of investigation or prosecuting , travel restrictions must be put in place.....a country can not just go on "losing" young people and not have to pay the price....
Beth needs to hit Congress, Oprah, Geraldo, and then she needs to hit the speaking tour, perhaps with a book deal.....
and civil penalties.....the Twittys and Holloways MUST pursue a civil judgement against the Sluts.....
if everything fails, there's always personal revenge.....
I beg people NOT to send their precious children on these trips...its only takes one girl missing, presumed dead, to destroy any "good" that might come......
children's safety first, always.....
I want to add that as mom of dtrs myself, I find it unfathomable the pain and loss this is to Beth....she had a special kid there, and I've got one of those too.....I pray she finds some kind of peace, even if its just to alert other parents of this danger.................
ORANJESTAD, Aruba (AP) - A judge on Friday ordered the conditional release of two Surinamese brothers held in the disappearance of an Alabama teenager, their lawyers said. The two will be freed Saturday along with another suspect.
The judge ruled that Deepak, 18, and Satish Kalpoe, 21, could go free on condition that they not leave Aruba and remain available to police, said attorneys Ruud Oomen and David Kock.
Freddy is getting out, too.
Although the judge had ordered the brothers held for another eight days Thursday, he agreed Friday to suspend his decision because the brothers had made no attempt to evade justice the first time they were released, Oomen said.
"Since the brothers were free for almost two months and made no attempt to evade justice and submitted themselves to any court proceedings, there is no need at this moment to keep them detained," Oomen told The Associated Press.
"HE WILL BE TAKING MONKEY QUESTIONS ... EMAIL ALL TO COME ON AND JOIN SM AND PAUL REYNOLDS."
"I'm devastated," she said, adding she would not comment further until the three suspects were released. "
Holy crap, I was wrong on this one too. This is so unbelievable....
Afternoon Fritzy,
It is a sad day in America when anarchy is on the rise. As to the NO LE officers who turned in their badges. First they are cowards, who when the going got tough quit like a coward in battle.
They should never be allowed to work in any capacity in Law Enforcement ever again. They took an obligation to protect and serve their community/city.
I highly commend those Police Officers, who remain on the job and meet the threat of this lawless situation. Character will always speak for itself and the quitters never had any to begin with.
The people in (NO) need to understand when someone is sniping at the rescuers with AK-47s, they will not be rescued. I suggest they take their anger out on the one's who are hindering their relief.
People here in my area suffered through Ivan. We made the best of the situation, adapted and survived.
The people in NO best realize, they are no better than the other people in Ms. or Al. Maybe they think they deserve special treatment because of that hostile chip that was programmed in their skulls by their parents.
They the guilty one(s) of looting, raping and murder should be shot on sight. We are dealing with domestic terrorism in NO.
Force must be met with superior force. The apparent P.C. ass kissing and kow-towing needs to cease immediately.
Evacuation would have saved many lives. The people who did not evacuate have only themselves to blame. Ignorance was very hazardous to human lives in this case.
The city mayor and those responsible for implementing evac procedures and planning, failed in their own citizens due to lack of sound leadership in NO. The blame rests with them and no one else.
When idiots are elected to office, bad things will occur and the voters have only themselves to blame. Of course liberals, are to unmanly or unwomanly to accept responsibilty for actions.(Cowards)
*** Yes Fritzy,*** this does equate to the same thing as in Aruba. Lawless conduct is approved and protected. The arubans just like the the people in (NO) are going along to get along.
One thing both the good (Aruban) and (NO) citizens need to heed.

I am very upset about this.
"Joran, do you understand these conditions? No raping women Monday through Saturday. No drugging women after dark. Curfew strictly enforced: Home in your private apartment by 2:00 A.M. Your father MUST report any suspicious activity to us. Got that?"
I guesss lying about dropping Natalee off at the HI doesn't count for evading justice......
A natural coral bridge that spanned a cove along Aruba's west coast collapsed...destroying one of the island's biggest tourist attractions."
Karma.
Nice :-(
