They could bulldoze the whole bowl, put concertina & barbed wire around it, and fill it with a tent city of all the illegal aliens that are caught and currently being released. In the beginning, the aruban lawyers constantly harped on the point that if investigative information was leaked, it could be thrown out of court..........what we are now seeing is an attempt to play this out, by hook or crook........what I have just said explains Beths silence on details all along, as well as the reason behind the current "leaks".......

Scared Monkeys is hearing from sources that Joran Van Der Sloot was sent back to the KIA prison after his hearing for another 30 days. (Confirmed on Canal 90)
The Kalpoe Brothers are still in a hearing, and there is a rumor that Joran may be brought back for more testimony.
There is also word that “Jaime”, a close friend of Joran Van Der Sloot, is being questioned in the case.

He might.....as Americans are just now beginning to slowly realizing the extent of death from the hurricane is the perfect time to slip from beneath the mountain aruba has built upon itself over the last 3 months.....a very unfortunate convergence with Sep 4th......awareness of the hurricane deaths will peak about then.

Incidentally, I was just over on another thread (DD) with my political buddies and some Christian friends. One of them stated that he has an inside source (military) that just confirmed to him that they have just ordered 100,000 body bags for the Hurricane devestated area. This is so far!! Our brothers and sisters need our prayers. And I agree with you, Beth is very solidly supported by a faithful prayer network.

You are so right. A strong leader will say what needs to be said not just what the people would like to hear or what spin meisters say the polls indicate. They lead out in front, not run out in front of a group and declare the direction is on target. I saw a quote attributed to Patton that said something like "if everyone is thinking the same thing, evidently someone is not thinking". Probably not too accurate but the sentiment is good I think. Beth is sure standing strong and good for her. I am sure day after day she has ample obstacles that would wear down lesser individuals.
I keep hoping and hunting for news that Jaime Carrasquilla will be arrested. I think he may be involved, too.
Speaking of bosses who keep underlings busy...my hubby has been keeping me occupied during the day with errands as he thinks I waste too much time on here. Consequently, I have been reading on SM this evening trying to catch up on anything I may have missed.
Ladies, I have some very bad news that I don't remember seeing reported on FR. I am glad that Cajun Girl is not on here as this might send her off the deep end. Remember when someone said not too long ago that Charles Croes had been arrested? The SM's were discussing the arrest which they agreed had nothing to do with NH. Aruba Girl says he was arrested for "hitting his wife." I guess Charles is not only married but also far from being a perfect husband!

I think that's the info we had here, but I'm not certain that was more than a rumor. If I were CC, I would prefer that rumor to everyone knowing that I smacked my wife around. Aruba Girl is fairly credible, if asked to report what the "story" is that is circulating among the Arubans. A lot of questions she ignores that have to do directly with NH, but I can't blame her. She has to live there in the future and I think she is well aware of what she should not say if she wants her stay to remain pleasant.
Glad to hear that, and that JVDS was sent back to prison for 30 more days.
