Good grief, info about that Joran character's reputation says he is one sick puppy as are the kids he hangs with. Lets hope they dont release him. I still wonder what aruban prosecution would do if they find true hard evidence this kid did it, will they than charge him? Certainly they would or will this go as an unsolved crime.
Without a confession, a body or eye witnesses there will be a difficult time convicting anyone.
Even if Joran did rape or kill; there will be influences to create strong doubt.
It is the justice system. Based on the reality it is better to release a guilty person that falsely convict an innocent one.
Time will tell.
