For starters, they LIED to the police and fingered the two innocent, black security guards!

Not sure who you mean by they, but the brothers may have gone along with the story to protect their friend Sloot. That doesn't mean that they knew anything about what might have transpired between Sloot and Natalee, after they dropped them off.

Evidently lying is NOT a crime in Aruba.

Yes, only a heavy edit job can explain that nugget. What phone call? They never said what was said (though some say it was the "I don't know these people" call but unconfirmed). And of course we want to know WHAT person in the states??? No one has ever said anything about that.

And you have been where in the world? In South America, Central America, and Mexico you can tell who is a criminal by the uniforms they wear. In Russia it is very common for the police to hit tourists up for $100. You obviously have led a very sheltered life.

And GHB is undetectable in the system within hours. The first urine is often the only clue. If ever a woman suspects she has been given a date rape drug, she needs to get a ziplock bag and preserve some of her first sample after she comes to. There may be no trace by the 2nd urination.

I'm sorry to have to say that I agree that Beth shouldn't have made that plea today. It showed how desperate she has become with all of this.

Not only that, but threatening to go to the media (that rotten media that is hurting the search /sarcasm) and reveal things that they know, if any of the suspects are released and then NOT revealing anything new, well, that leaves people thinking that they have nothing to reveal.

They had made this threat several times, over several days if not weeks. I would think if their lawyer was going to tell them not to do so, the lawyer would have saod stop saying that and would have stated such the first time it happened. JMO

Fuhrman's assumptions were based on the narrow timeline that would indicate they got rid of the body almost immediately after she supposedly died. The fact is they could have had much longer than that to dispose of the body of PVDS came and picked Urine up with the body. They would have had somewhere between 2:00 am and 6:30 am. Four and a haf hours.

What is wrong with the dutch "system", is that it's okay to lie to police and obstruct justice with no penalty. Apparently the dutch aren't interested in truth.

Yeah, that too. But, we have an impeached President that lied and obstructed justice, so we can't exactly feign perfection, either.

I'm still mad that she threw in some story about some guy who was on the plane with Natalie and disappeared or some such garbage - she just threw that out there in the middle of everything and never ever followed up on it

I don't understand why you are mad at Greta. Just about everything about this case has been thrown out with no follow up. Greta probably told us all she knew and/or could tell us at the time.

If you are going to be mad at Greta you should be about ready to spit nails at the entire kit and kaboodle.

The judge likely means there's
no direct evidence. no body.

At this point, even if a body's
found, how're they gonna prove
joran is the murderer?

There won't be a shred of evidence
to link him or the Kalpoes to her
demise.
