Ditto -- if anything, he has just described statergery and we're already ahead of him on that.
It's AP's story and if they're wrong and the 3 are not held over on Monday, there will be an outrage from this country, the likes of which are heretofore, unseen.

MSNBC Dan Abrams reporting that Karen Jansen is schedule to go before the judge on Monday with what she believes enough evidence to hold the suspects for anoter 60 days or to realease them.
Martin Savage is stating that it is the hope that they are not released but no one knows for sure.
