Sounds to me like Greta, Beth et. at. are playing nice to avoid antagonizing the Arubans. It must take every ounce of control they have.
I hadn't heard that. If there are rumors that J said that, then my guess is that it may well be true. J had said that N wanted to be left alone on the beach. I always thought that that could well be true. After possibly drugging her and trying to force her into doing his will, she just wanted to get away from him and wanted him to leave her alone. Possibly in her distress, she did get into the water while trying to escape him and drowned. Or Daddy drowned her.
