Since it's kind of sad to be on this board right now w/ everything that's being said in here, I think it might be a good time for me to run over to the Wall of Hope for Natalee and say a special prayer, not only for Natalee, but her parents and stepparents as well.
Also, I KNOW that if any additional resources and/or help is needed by the family, none of you will have to worry about it. While there have been many, many generous contributions from across the country and the kind man in Aruba who gave money to Equusearch, we take care of our own. If Beth needs a house in Aruba, there is no doubt in my mind one will be provided for them.
I wish you all were so lucky as to live in a community such as this and know that if you were ever in a situation as horrible as the Holloway/Twittys, you would have people helping you as well.

This just came in but it makes a great deal of sense so I am passing it on. I do not have confirmation but I wanted to pass it on.
Jorans attorney will file a motion for reconsideration (appeal) of the judges decision today. If the lack of evidence that forced the release of the Kalpoe brothers is true , we can expect the motion may be successful. This would mean Joran van der Sloot could be released by next weekend.
He may not be.
Response:
It's no rumor; it was in exact as you wrote it on some dutch newspaper websites this evening. They bring in a (new) judge from Curacao for that hearing.
