Sorry to say, I don't think this story is going to have a big impact on Aruba's tourism.
For some reason, Aruba is a huge destination for people from New England. Things may stall for awhile but nothing will really change.
My husband and I went to Aruba on our honeymoon 36 years ago. We went back for the first time, since, last year and we were again UNDERWHELMED!
We had lunch at Carlos and Charlie's and they tried to pull a fast one with the bill. You do not do that to my husband.
We have frankly gotten very disillusioned with most of the islands in the Carribbean, Grand Cayman ,possibly, being the exception.
Well surrey, I tend to agree with.
Come take a look. The pressure is building and the dam might break at any moment.
