So...what are the concerns about living wills/advance directives being misunderstood or misused? How can we address the "Slippery Slope" issue?
I'm afraid I haven't the expertise to come up with an acceptable solution, it's been demonstrated to me how easily a noble idea can be twisted to precisely the opposite end. Hopefully someone with more experience in legal gymnastics can lend their skills to the task.
