Yeah, the one that got laughed outta court....
Yeah I had considered that one, but the general nature of the starvation made it a weaker analogy. This being targeted at the disabled is one of the features of the case.
How many of you believe Jesse was given the Schindler fundraising list?
Thanks.
Here's another choice Randall Terry quote from 1993:
We have a biblical duty, we are called by God to conquer this country. We don't want equal time. We don't want pluralism. ... Theocracy means God rules."
That's what he said in 1993.
Well, he got a "nomination." The problem is that it came from someone with zero authority to nominate someone for the Prize. It holds about as much meaning as if I sent the Nobel committee a letter nominating my dog.
I just got this email from my mother who was a nurse for many, many years. It just shows that medical folk are anything but demi-gods.

The group formed due to having the same perception of a phenomenon that was occurring that we did not like. It was not the FR we were used to. The purpose of this thread was to get back to the rest of the forum.
And I must say, the tone of this thread is like it's supposed to be. Back and forth, disagreement but with the sides presenting a rational rationale, not just flinging insults (yes, there are a few flame-throwers, but that's normal, too).
It was not meant to be a clique but a temporary banding together.
Will you share?
He does nothing w/out $$ behind it.
Schindlers selling the tapes of Terri is despicable.
Hitchhiker's guide to the Universe"
Was it interesting?
What was it about?
Have you read the information on the site you posted? I don't know about all this but the doctor is saying the:
"abnormalities that are described occcured AFTER Terri's February 1990 arrest probably in the weeks or month{s} just prior to the bone scan, unless she had a second arrest at some point..."
The bone scan was done in March 1991 after Terri had been to California and returned to the rehab center.
Yes, Hildy nailed it from the get go.
She's away on a small vacation to check
on the construction of her new home, but
she'll be back sometime Friday. I did call
her on her cell with the news as reported
by Abram's. I'm planning to watch the replay
of his show, just to see his stunned face as
Peach has described.
Yes, it's my understanding that a money matter
started the disruption between the husband and the parents.
LOL... I don't even understand my own system half the time - it used to be organized all nice... Now, it's like Google itself. LOL
Ditto your post 100 times.
And I will add, not only did the Schindlers love Michael, they testified in court that they encouraged him to start dating again. They asked to meet his future girlfriends.
He was 26, IIRC, when she had her cardiac arrest, and they knew he was too young to sit by the bedside of their daughter who was PVS.
In '93 the doctors recommended he have the tube pulled. He refused. A few years later he petitioned the courts to make a decision when he realized it was hopeless. The courts noted in their ruling that he effectively weakened his position when he did that.
Some of us are Nazis, and some of us fell off the edge of the flat earth.
I think that's a fairly accurate summary of the debate.
Please see your FR mail, Wolfstar.
Peach, I have sent the link to Wolfstar,
knowing you wouldn't mind.
Some of us are Nazis, and some of us fell off the edge of the flat earth.
ROTFLOL!
Oh my.
Me! Me! Me! (raising hand and jumping up and down)
