It's obvious that the martyrdom of Terri Schiavo is a satanic ritual. It's supposed to culminate tomorrow, day Jesus Christ died.
I'm sure many of you also have understood it. Instead of continuing listing the details, I will let you do it yourselves.
And Gibbs.
I was thinking today that conservatives always have the most goober looking attorneys.
He was a jerk, but at least Greg Craig was a hunk. :-)
Lots of people have conveniently forgot that as soon as Clinton left, Larry went after Bush and Cheney.
What we need to do now that we've discovered each other is STICK TOGETHER and counter the attacks with facts and the links provided by Peach and Trinity. We must do so with humor if possible, but with firmness as well.
Probably ;0)
Well put!
Ah, yes... the only case he ever won-- the one against his mother. Pathetic.
Two or three times more than most Democrats.
There was abundant evidence that Terri Schiavo was self-aware and did not want to die. This evidence has been ignored by a court bent on murdering her. You are doing the same thing the court did: projecting your own death desires prospectively on another human being, an innocent, gentle, and lovely human being.
This is terribly, terribly wrong.
Factoid: If Larry Klayman is representing you legally, you have already lost!
Yup.
I wasn't - sorry.
"I am still waiting to see the exact paragraph in the U.S. Constitution that granted the Federal Government the power to intervene in a single family issue."
I'm still waiting to see how this administration, which many people here seem to think is only holding back in response to its constitutional llmitations, finds Constitutional justification for an ever-expanding Federal role in education, prescription drugs, and other unconstitutional areas.
It is not the so-called "religious nuts" who are killing the conservative movement. It effectively died the day Ronald Reagan left office, and the Bush dynasty began swiftly undoing his work. Without these so-called "nuts," the country-club good-old-boy Republicans would have sat by posting "logically" till the country was utterly destroyed. I don't defend everything they do or say, but find it strange that the left's work is being done for it. We are told to uphold the "rule of law," even though it is the courts and judges who are now the cutting edge of the anti-constitutional left. This is the line the left has taken for years: that abortion, affirmative action, etc. is now "the law of the land," no matter how unconstitutional and unprecedented that may be.
I think we are seeing the rage of the religious right boiling over. They have seen nothing done about abortion for decades, and are losing patience with a court system which they and many other non-religious conservatives see as totally out of control.
Interchange 'em! The "Wild Turkey Ping List" is born.
Ok. It's getting weirder.
Ralph Nader has issued a press release demanding that Terri Schiavo be saved by Jeb Bush.
Yes, there is the Randall/Ralph coalition at work here.
I am living in bizarro world.
Not only is WT my favorite spirit, but my personal motto is "Whiskey...oil for life's frictions".
How's this sound...
The FR Wild Turkeys...Oil for FR's Frictions!
They had to do it. Worst story I ever heard--a neurosurgeon I worked with came upon a motorcycle accident. The paramedics had just arrived. He thought he was doing them a favor--and pronounced the patient dead at the scene.
Turns out--the paramedics were not permitted to transport an officially dead person. The poor DOA was still lying in the road then the doctor drove back on the way home.
I assumed Randall Terry was a member of the Constimatooshin Party. :D
See... I still love abusing Larry. Howlin was particularly good at it. And he had some true kool-aid drinkers FReeping here.
No cliques or clubs ........ it's in the FR bylaws. ;-)
