For all of those who have called me every imaginable name because I dare to suggest that there are some things worse than death...I don't wish you on you anything that poor woman goes through on a minute by minute basis. Because you know so much, and are so sure that you are right because you are all so freakin self-righteous...I'm leaving FreeRepublic because I no longer want to be a part of something that has become so twisted. Hannity is right, this website has been hijacked. It was a good run...but we'll find another place. Save your jabs, I won't be reading them. To those who have privately agreed with me, and there are many, thank you. I'm just worn out and frankly, don't even care what most here think.

I demanded she stay, as did several others.
She's a personal and GOOD friend of mine.
Hildy's not a liberal.
Heck, she's very conservative in most areas.
It's not like her opinion, or yours or mine or BigSky's or anyone else's here, will determine the outcome of this case.
Our opinions and beliefs will only matter if euthanasia is placed on a ballot. At that time, I will go ballistic... want to guess which way?

Do you defend the opusee calling for killing Terri Schiavo, either through starvation or even more quickly and directly?

I get it now. You could have told me that it wasn't the addition that was the problem but the question. You responded to my post where I said I was adding the brother and sister. It seemed (to me) that that was the problem. If you had responded to my post where I was ASKING it I might have understood it.

But no ballot is needed. Our founding documents are quite clear about our unalienable God-given right to life.
Sorry that you, like these judges, lack the basic reading comprehension skills to get that.

I have no understanding how such a religious person such as myself would get flamed for looking at this from a religious point of view and from the view of the Founding Fathers.
