Somebody has to explain to me why they need hundreds of millions?
They were living in tin buildings without plumbing mostly.
We could have replaced the homes and buried their dead for probably 20 million.
Either the leaders and UN will steal all the money or the citizens there will leave with the money and vacation around the world for five years.
Just think of it as nation-building, Soviet style.
Destroy everything, then think about rebuilding.
