They moved their corporate headquarters to New Hampshire even though the closest store to there is in West Virginia. Evidently they intend to conquer the Northeast at some point.
Wow! It’s good to see that they are thriving. Down here in the south, we had “The Pig”, Cub Foods, A&P Supermarket, and American Fare. American Fair was associated with K-Mart as a bulk item store, if my memory serves me right. Publix seems to have filled most of the voids left by the stores that packed up and left. We still have IGA, Food Lion, and Quality Foods. We have many Kroger stores as well.
No muslim shoppers there!
For some reason, a small regional grocery chain in Chicago area carried some Piggly Wiggly bottled water...Bought some at case of 12/$1.69 or some ridiculously low price...Surprising thing is that everywhere I carry a bottyle people seem to notice it and comment or ask where I got it...
