Nonsense, you are not paid to take assault. This is not Michigan with the marshmallows, OK?

If you were on the street with your man, and someone threw beer on you at a bar or just on a corner, you'd be MAD if your husband/bf didn't do something about it.

Football players wear padding and helmets. ANd do you not remember when the Raiders went into the stands at Mile High when they had iceballs and batteries chucked at them?

How much is enough?

The brawl should have ended the second fans got involved. It is unacceptable for a player to go into the stands. The players are at fault primarily and the fans secondarily. Arrest them all for battery. Suspend the players for at least two weeks without pay.

This is crazy. If a professional athlete cannot take the heat, then get the hell out of the kitchen. Fans throwing things, yes, it is wrong. But is HAPPENS! If every player decided that everytime they were 'disrespected' because someone threw something at them, then every sport would turn into WWE wrestling.

This is NOT the street. This is NOT the alley. Players are told over and over and over again to NOT go into the stands.

Artest got what he deserved. If I were commissioner, he'd get a lifetime ban only to return with professional psychiatric help. Just ask the Bulls why they got rid of this guy.
