What's the difference between blowing smoke in someone's face and spitting in someone's face?
If I am a migraine sufferer who's headaches are triggered by cigarette smoke, should I have to talk through a cloud of smoke to get into a restaurant or business?
When someone "accidentally" burns my arm with their cigarette in a bar, am I allowed to punch them in the mouth?
There's a big difference between blowing smoke in someone's face and someone entering a business that they KNOW allows smoking and expecting it to cater to THEIR desire for there to be no smoking.
If I don't like you am I allowed to punch you in the face?

"If I am a migraine sufferer who's headaches are triggered by cigarette smoke, should I have to talk through a cloud of smoke to get into a restaurant or business?"
Your question assumes a RIGHT to enter a PRIVATE business ON YOUR TERMS- I assert that this "right" doesn't exist.
I often tell this story when I encounter such smiley faces. Many years ago when smoking was still partially allowed on airplanes my wife and were on a fairly lengthy flight. We had arrived late at the airport and consequently I wound up sitting behind my wife and she was seated next to a somewhat older lady.
Well, they were soon gabbing like a couple of old friends and and, of course, my wife was smoking like a chimney (per usual). About 2/3 of the way through the flight my wife suddenly noticed that the lady was not smoking and said, "oh, goodness, forgive me for not offering you a cigarette (thinking she must have gotten on without picking up a pack).
I'll never forget the lady's reply. "Oh, that's all right ... I don't smoke." My wife, puzzled, said "but there are plenty of seats in the no smoking section". To which the lady replied, "I fly several times a year, but I NEVER sit there .... I can't stand those people"!
God's honest truth.
Knowing that you have this problem, why do go to places where you are sure to encounter cigarette smoke? I would think that you would avoid those places as they are hazardous to your health.
In my case, I have a weak little body made up of skin and bones. I find that when I dance on the freeway, the speeding cars strike my weak little body and cause great pain and damage. I think cars should be outlawed in public places. Why should I have to dance through a stream of speeding cars everytime I dance on the freeway?
Your Problem isn't "Smoking," --it's "Invasion of your "Space!!"
