Good question. I would guess it would be lifted - this particular trial would be over.
Would assume Scaught would be transferred back here to Stanislaus County while new indictment would be filed and the proceeding would start all over again.
Lisa Bloom predicting a mistrial. Says they usually get word that a verdict is coming and they have not.
They replaced a juror! #7 is gone. Strawberry is in.
