I think it's taken from the LayCatholic Magisterium's 4th Council of Interpretations: On The Spirit of the Second Vatican, Section on Further Interpretations of Initial Interpretations of Re-interpreted Dogma-like Pastoral Statements, Chapter 4: On Gloom and Doom, the attached anathema:

"Whosoever saith that the post conciliar debacle, after having reach a certain fevered pitch, beith any formal cause of outright griping, or causeth one to be in the condition aptly described as gloom, or in the way of expressing agony or the desire thereof, or the passion known as Deep Dark Depression, or true and blatant misery to excess, or who dares, God forbid, to equate the disposition of bad luck with no luck at all, such that they be so named as if to be one and the same in both essence and in accident... let him be anathema."

"But if any one shall presume to gripe, moan, or obstinately to mope, or even in public disputation to defend the gawdawful belly-aching concerning that which is manifestly contrary to the Faith of the Ages, he shall be thereupon be considered sort of excommunicated."

Your anathemas are pretty good stuff. Did you come up with this on your own?
