See its tough , sure Cerebus killed alot of heavily armed people but they were mainly chubby middle aged females. (if you don't know Cerebus that would take awhile to explain)
Also one of his powers is increasing other people's natural abilities.He has no control over this power so it might make Yojimbo a better fighter.
I will give the edge to Cerebus because he always has randomly occuring unexplained powers.
