I'm lucky. My spouse only looks better with every year that passes.

I am also fortunate that way. But my wife works at it -- 2 hours of exercise every day, plus flamenco dance classes about 8-10 hours a week!

I, on the other hand, have to run 1/2 each day just to hold the line. My wife has a good visual filter to see me every day.

Aerobics. That, and she eats sensibly. After having our first child, the extra curves looked good on her.

I've gotta drop about 40 lbs myself.
