Those third parties aren't going to amount to anything. They keep boasting every 4 years they're around, but they run the same set of morons every 4 years. It's just like Ralph Nader, he just doesn't have the unction to just go away.

I've got news for you . . . minor parties in this country are the wave of the future, even though they rarely run successfully in political races.
There's no getting around the fact that there are increasing number of elections in this country (including the last three presidential elections) in which the vote tallies for minor party candidates exceed the margin of victory between the two major candidates. If that's not an impact, then I don't know what is.
