RUSH: This is a town meeting in Delaware. An unidentified woman and Representative Mike Castle have the following exchange. It's about Obama's birth certificate. WOMAN: I want to go back to January 20th, and I want to know, why are you people ignoring his birth certificate? (cheers and applause) He is not an American citizen. He is a citizen of Kenya. I am American. My father worked -- fought in World War II with the Greatest Generation in the Pacific theater for this country, and I don't want this flag to change. I want my country back! (cheers and applause)...

This is an open letter to FReepers in the 26 states with Republican Senators and Representatives. FReepers in states with only Republican Representatives are cordially invited to join us. At age 17 he was described as slightly less than 6’ tall, muscular and barrel-chested. Nonetheless, and years before the 1st Amendment right to free speech, 17 year old Benjamin Franklin bravely confronted oppressive government policies with pointed story-telling in his brother’s newspaper. Indeed, brother James was earlier thrown in jail for 3 weeks without trial because he dared to challenge Massachusetts authorities...

The case of the missing birth certificate grows more and more curious. It has been fascinating to see how quickly various news sites have been frantically altering their assertions regarding Obama's birth hospital ever since Jerome Corsi broke the news of Barack Obama's letter to the Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children on July 6. This means that Obama was either born twice in Hawaii, or he was not born at Queen's Medical Center, as he claimed in 2007 when he first announced his presidential candidacy in Springfield, Ill. The attempt of the Obama administration to confuse the issue...

When we first introduced you to Rev. James David Manning 15 months ago, the controversial Harlem pastor was making headlines in the New York Times for his provocative sermons attacking Barack Obama. Now, as President Obama marks his first six months in office on Monday, Pastor Manning is back at it again, this time accusing Obama of faking his citizenship. A sign posted on the marquee in front of Manning's church on Sunday explicitly challenged the president to prove that he was born in the United States, as required under the constitution to become president. The sign read: "The Blood...

Delaware GOP congressman Rep. Mike Castle made it on the Drudge Report today, but it’s not the kind of publicity the Senate recruit was looking for. At a recent town hall meeting, Castle was confronted by a woman, birth certificate in hand, who unleashed an angry stemwinder about why she believes President Obama is not a legal citizen of the United States. Many members of the audience applaud her remarks, leading Castle to diplomatically insist: “If you’re referring to the president, then he is a citizen of the United States.” That didn’t play well with the crowd, who start booing...

Finally, we're starting to see him sweat. President Barack Obama made his personal icy cool the trademark of his campaign, the tenor of his White House and the hallmark of an early run of successes at home and abroad. But as the glamour wears off and a long, frustrating summer wears on, he is being forced to improvise ? stooping to respond to political foes and adjusting his tactics and demeanor for the trench warfare of a legislative agenda. The root of the change is one that faces every president: Economic and international realities that resist political charm. Health care...

I took this picture today on Interstate 5 heading south through LA County. I think it's close to the city of Commerce but I wasn't paying that much attention to the location.

The Judge assured Orly that the case would be given top priority and would be quote, “resolved quicker in this court than in any other court.” LOL, hahahaahah I just got off the phone with Attorney Charles Lincoln who has been working with Dr. Orly and was at the hearing today. The judge denied default BUT he ordered that the case proceed without any objections, and that the case would be decided on its merits. Obama has 60 days to answer. The Judge assured Orly that the case would be given top priority and would be quote, “resolved quicker in...

July 19th, 2009 Orly, As I told my commander I am concerned that this issue is much more prevalent in our military than one might think. Like an illness that is wide spread but is only manifesting itself by few subtle signs or symptoms. A good analogy is like a extensive lung cancer that initially presents with the patient complaining only of a persistent hoarse voice. This is because many are still afraid to say anything out of fear of repercussions as Maj. Cook has now been the subject of. My concern is for the well being and moral of...

Fair-minded people are still baffled by Obama’s refusal to clear up the continuing controversy over his birthplace, and by his determination to stop every attempt to delve into this matter through harassment and costly litigation. He is reported to have spent over a million dollars in legal fees fighting the determination of this issue. His relatives have testified that he was born in Kenya, but not under oath. His original birth certificate has been withheld; what are we to believe? Our Constitution clearly states that a person born on foreign soil when only one parent is a USA citizen cannot...

First, we did a story about an Army Major who filed suit regarding his deployment to Afghanistan on the grounds that Obama was not America’s legitimate Commander-In Chief.World Net Daily thought highly enough of this article to link to it on their front page. Then we did an article pointing out the differences between a Birth Cerificate and a Certification Of Live Birth. Some of the biggest names in conservative news have weighed in on this topic, such as Michelle Malkin, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and numerous others have offered their opinions. One of the people at the forefront of this issue...

http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/12999 JB Williams July 17, 2009 Since the most powerful people in America fear the wrath of Obamanation, maybe you should too! They are indeed a dangerous bunch, after all… Every member of the Supreme Court, every member of congress, every member of the Joint Chiefs, most members of the DOD, CIA, FBI, Secret Service and state run media, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, PBS, NPR, MSNBC, Fox and print news, knows that Barack Hussein Obama does NOT meet Article II – Section I constitutional requirements for the office he holds. By his own biography, there is NO way he can...

A controversial suit brought by a U.S. Army reservist has been joined by a retired Army two-star general and an active reserve Air Force lieutenant colonel. Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook filed the suit July 8 in federal court here asking for conscientious objector status and a preliminary injunction based upon his belief that President Barack Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as president of the United States and commander-in-chief of the U.S. Armed Forces. However, before the issue got to court, Cook’s orders to deploy to Afghanistan were revoked. Lt....
