A bipartisan group of legislators in Congress are growing increasingly nervous with the administration and its so-called deal to prevent an Iranian nuclear bomb. A bill sponsored by Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN) that would allow Congress to reject the terms of the agreement, restore the legislatureÂ’s ability to impose and lift sanctions on the Islamic Republic, and compel the White House to certify that Iran is not involved in terrorist activities against the United States and its interests is gaining support. ThereÂ’s just one problem: The White House has pledged to veto it. Liberal Democrats, too, object to this...

Russian hackers last year were able to breach a White House computer system after a successful cyber-attack on the State Department, a news report said Tuesday. The report by CNN says the hackers were able to get sensitive information, including non-public details about President Obama’s schedule. White House officials responded by saying the attack last year was made public and that no classified information was compromised. And they declined to comment on CNN’s assertion that Russia was the culprit. …

Democratic Sen. Chuck Schumer, one of Capitol Hill’s most influential voices in the Iran nuclear debate, is strongly endorsing passage of a law opposed by President Barack Obama that would give Congress an avenue to reject the White House-brokered framework unveiled last week.

As negotiations between the United States and Iran continue over the terror regime's nuclear program, the White House is arguing any criticism about Congress not being involved in negotiations is coming from Republicans with political motives. But a closer look at members of Congress criticizing the White House deal with the Iranians shows it isn't just Republicans who are concerned about being frozen out of the process. A number of Democrats have also voiced their concerns. In fact, Democrats in the Senate are so skeptical of the White House refusal to involve Congress that Republican Bob Corker may have enough votes...

Peter Cottontail will no longer go hop, hop, hopping along anybody’s bunny trail now that the Marxist bat of sustainable ecosystems has been officially installed The lily white and seashell- pink eared Easter bunny must be a—big, bad racist. That’s right, Peter Cottontail, being white as a cloud is racist, doesn’t teach the dangers of global warming to little Easter egg-hunting children, so the White House has already replaced him/her/it (LGBT politically correct) with a big, black live bat for this year’s ‘traditional’ Easter egg roll. Dry your tears, children, Peter Cottontail will no longer go “hop, hop, hopping along”.

The White House clearly could not permit a prominent Democratic senator to tell the Israelis and the world what a bunch of jackasses they were. I’d be surprised to learn that anyone in the Obama and Holder Department of Justice even knows how to spell “justice.” On the same day it announced an indictment of New Jersey Senator Robert Menendez (D) for allegedly taking bribes and engaging in various forms of corruption, it also announced that it would not pursue a criminal contempt of Congress resolution against Lois Lerner, the member of the Internal Revenue Service at the center of...

How do you know The New York Times is all in for protecting Barack Obama? When its editorial board turns on a fellow Democrat who bucked him on the Iran deal. "The New York Times is calling for New Jersey Sen. Robert Menendez to resign in the face of criminal charges of bribery."

During today’s unscheduled press conference President Barack Obama responded to a wide range of questions varying from race relations in the United States to the Russian incursion into Ukraine. The president spent over an hour answering questions from the White House press contingent, offering the frankest assessment of his administration’s policies to date. With regard to Israel the president came down strongly on the side of Israel and directed a stern warning against the Iranian regime in Tehran, advising the ruling mullahs that the United States stood shoulder to shoulder with Israel, our staunchest ally in the Middle East. The...

The Obama White House invited Muslim Brotherhood President Morsi of Egypt to meet this coming week but Obama turned down an invitation to meet with Netanyahu. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lectured Barack Obama in the Oval Office on the dangers facing the Jews back in May 2011. Now this… Far left Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) slammed Jewish leader Benjamin Netanyahu for raising concerns on the Iranian program that threatens Israel’s existence. The antiwar leftist sent Netanyahu an open letter this week asking him to take back his recent arguments on Obama’s dangerous Israeli policy.

"The long-anticipated report found no evidence of law-breaking. But members of the department’s staff perceived Mayorkas’s actions as “politically motivated,” and the report concluded that he had 'created an appearance of favoritism and special access.'"

No, it isn’t, as any American soldier who’s faced off with a Shiite militia in Iraq could tell you, but that’s where we’re at right now in American diplomacy. Watch to the very end of the clip below for the key bit from Jim Acosta and ask yourself if this is something the White House sincerely believes or if they’re now so invested in a legacy-building detente with Iran that they’re willing to spin “death to America†rhetoric from the mullahs to get it done. David Brooks, pondering the related question of Iranian anti-semitism, thinks it’s more the latter...

Ted Cruz’s splashy entry into the 2016 race Monday intensifies the early battle to consolidate conservative voters who are intent on denying the Republican Party establishment yet another presidential nomination.

Washington (AFP) - The White House on Monday bluntly warned Israel that its occupation of Palestinian land must end, dismissing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's efforts to take back controversial campaign pledges. In unusually tough language that underscores the fracture in relations between Washington and Israel, White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough said "an occupation that has lasted for almost 50 years must end." McDonough criticized Netanyahu's pre-election pledge to block the creation of a Palestinian state -- the supposed end goal of decades of fruitless peace talks -- and he questioned Netanyahu's efforts to undo the damage. "We cannot...

Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz announced that he will run for president in 2016 via a Twitter post early Monday, becoming the first major candidate to officially declare. "I'm ready to stand with you to lead the fight," Cruz says as the video concludes. Shortly after midnight Monday, the campaign had launched its website. Cruz had been expected to make the official announcement later Monday during a speech at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. He is expected to start his campaign immediately rather than launch an exploratory committee, which many do as a precursor to a campaign.

Day after Obama urges Iran to seize ‘historic opportunity,’ supreme leader says US seeks to create insecurity. Iran’s Supreme leader Ali Khamenei called for “Death to America” on Saturday, a day after President Barack Obama appealed to Iran to seize a “historic opportunity” for a nuclear deal and a better future, and as US Secretary of State John Kerry claimed substantial progress toward an accord. Khamenei told a crowd in Tehran that Iran would not capitulate to Western demands. When the crowd started shouting, “Death to America,” the ayatollah responded: “Of course yes, death to America, because America is the...
