An eyewitness has come forward in the case of the American who was allegedly attacked by Mexican pirates to claim he saw the man's panicked wife as she fled to the American side of the lake. "I saw the Jet Ski come around an island," the witness told "Good Morning America." "There was something wrong actually. The way I saw her come around it looked like something terribly wrong happened. I mean, she was jittery, frantic. ... She was crying, sobbing."

ACAPULCO, Mexico — A Mexican soldier said that a U.S. citizen attacked an army convoy and was killed when troops shot him in self-defense outside the resort city of Acapulco, a police official said. The man's father said Monday that he found it hard to believe. EL PASO — A body found with its severed arms crossed and placed on its chest in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, was identified by authorities Wednesday as a Texas man kidnapped from his home. Sergio Saucedo, 30, was kidnapped from his Horizon City house outside El Paso last Thursday. His mutilated body was found Tuesday, said El Paso County Sheriff's spokesman Jesse Tovar. Yesterday, a small band of approx 50 GA FReepers and FRiends gathered early to add some additional "value" to our Tea Party. We met in Centennial Park in downtown Atlanta, assembled and marched past CNN & The AJC with bullhorns blaring and shocking the locals! We then proceeded to the capitol building to join up with approx 20,000+ other patriots in expressing our dissatisfaction with our Congress and President.
