A Culture of Murderous Hate at Fresno State When a university normalizes calls for the death of Republicans. April 20, 2018 Daniel Greenfield Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical left and Islamic terrorism. 2017 was a bad year at Fresno State. 2018 looks to be even worse. In the winter of last year, Lars Maischak had tweeted, "To save American democracy, Trump must hang. The sooner and the higher, the better. #TheResistance." The next day he inquired, “Has anyone started soliciting money and design drafts for...

Minnesota Rep. Keith Ellison is drawing criticism for calling attention to a book that critics say condones a left-leaning group using violence in clashes with white supremacists. Ellison, the deputy chairman of the Democratic National Committee, posted a photo on Twitter Wednesday of himself posing with the book "Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook." The book calls violence during counter-protests "a small though vital sliver of anti-fascist activity." Ellison's post said the book should "strike fear into the heart" of President Donald Trump. The tweet, which drew more than 8,000 comments and more than 2,500 retweets, drew pushback from Republicans, who have...

“I just found the book that strike fear in the heart of Donald Trump,” Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Min.), Deputy Chair of the Democratic National Committee, tweeted on Wednesday, and attached his selfie holding up a copy of “Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook,” by Mark Bray. This is worrisome, especially should the anticipated Democratic “wave” materialize in November, 2018. Because, even as reflected through Bray’s book, Antifa in the US are self-appointed gangs on the hunt for their natural enemies—whomever they decide they are—and, like a gang, they have no problem using violence. A senior DNC official must not advocate these tactics....

ABC, NBC, and CBS refuse to cover him. Left-leaning sources report on him with no integrity. PR tactics get employed at the hearing. And the DOJ spokesperson lashes out. The testimony of Christopher Coates before the United States Civil Rights Commission exposed a pervasive hostility to equal enforcement of the Voting Rights Act, as well as racialist policies at the Justice Department. He also exposed the intellectual bankruptcy of the defenders of the dismissal of the New Black Panther case. The testimony was covered by CNN and the Los Angeles Times, and was on the front page, above the fold,...

Supporters of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton have already gotten more than 4 million signatures on a petition asking the Electoral College to toss Donald Trump’s victory. But some, apparently, aren’t content to simply vent their frustrations online. According to reports out of Idaho and elsewhere, Clinton supporters have obtained Electoral College voters’ personal information and are harassing them with calls, Facebook messages, emails and even home visits, encouraging them to become “faithless electors,” and change their Trump votes to Clinton votes. –– ADVERTISEMENT –– And they aren’t being kind about it: “A lot of ’em use bad, rough language,”...

Grubhub CEO Matt Maloney found himself fighting backlash to a post-Election Day email he sent to employees Wednesday that asked employees who didn't agree with the company's "culture of support and inclusiveness"(i.e. support President Trump) to resign. The missive was sent to more than 1,000 Grubhub employees Wednesday in response to past statements made by President-elect Donald Trump. "While demeaning, insulting and ridiculing minorities, immigrants and the physically/mentally disabled worked for Mr. Trump, I want to be clear that this behavior - and these views, have no place at Grubhub," Maloney wrote in his email. Maloney pledged to fight for...

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The U.S. Supreme Court turned down a request Monday from Ohio Democrats to issue an order aimed at preventing Donald Trump’s supporters from harassing or intimidating voters on Election Day. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg noted that Ohio law already forbids voter intimidation. The case is part of a flurry of courtroom efforts by the Democrats around the country to head off what they say is vigilantism by the Trump campaign and its backers. The Republican presidential candidate has called on supporters to stand guard at the polls against fraud. That has stirred fears of minority voters being...

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump won a legal battle on Sunday when a U.S. appeals court in Ohio removed new restrictions on partisan poll watchers that Democrats had sought to prevent Election Day voter intimidation. The rules overturned by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals would have imposed greater penalties on people who harass voters during Tuesday's election. Voter intimidation already is prohibited under U.S. law but Democrats have pushed for greater restrictions in Ohio and five other battleground states, citing concerns that Trump's heated rhetoric might inspire Election Day chaos.

Hillary Clinton encouraged supporters Monday to follow and stage an intervention for a protester who was removed by security after he interrupted her rally in Detroit. "You know," Clinton said after the demonstrator was forcibly removed from her campaign event, "I do hope somebody follows that gentleman out and stages an intervention." The demonstrator, and African-American male, was wearing a shirt featuring a likeness of Bill Clinton with the word "RAPE" printed across the front.

Writer and lyricist Dick Zipgun created a brilliant musical, at least brilliant in the eyes of liberal wackos. How clever and enlightened the liberal creative mind can be! If you are a liberal deranged person, you may find this musical entertaining.

He attacks Obama's co-opting of the DOJ for the advancement of leftism, not justice. Former Attorney General Michael Mukasey delivered a sharp criticism of the Obama Justice Department, particularly the DOJ Voting Section, in a speech republished in Hillsdale College’s Imprimis . In a broadside aimed at the Obama-era DOJ, Mukasey hits the department’s biased and partisan law enforcement policies. Mukasey’s speech should be required reading for every presidential campaign. Mukasey revisits the dismissal of the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party by Eric Holder and other political appointees shortly after the 2009 inauguration: During the 2008...

Republican presidential hopeful Jeb Bush has been forced to abandon a rally early because of a protest from Black Lives Matter. The former governor of Florida was in Las Vegas for a town hall meeting on Wednesday when he answered a question on racial inequality. An advocate in the crowd of around 150 then started to chant their slogan, so he quickly ended his speech and left the venue without making a final statement or shaking hands with members of the audience. The music he plays when he walks off stage is heard in the background of a video as...

The menacing letter sent out to a million New York Democrats to bully them into voting was written by a top campaign strategist who was appointed by Gov. Cuomo himself, sources told The Post. The revelation comes as a “circular firing squad” of finger-pointing has erupted over who is responsible for the letter, which was sent out last week by the New York State Democratic Committee and caused “panic” in the Cuomo camp, sources said. The letter warned voters that the party would be keeping tabs on who goes to the polls on Tuesday. “Who you vote for is your...

If you live in an area with a competitive race, be it for Senate, governor or any other office, parties and activist organizations want to get you to the polls. In addition to phone calls, knocking on doors and offering rides, activists are now using a different tactic — vote-shaming. Residents from Alaska to North Carolina to New York are reporting receiving letters with their voting history in them and a not-so-subtle message — vote this time or we’ll tell your neighbors you didn’t. The letters don’t say which candidate a person voted for, that is impossible to know, but...

The New York Post reports on a disturbing mailing received by registered Democrats in New York state: The New York State Democratic Committee is bullying people into voting next week with intimidating letters warning that it can easily find out which slackers fail to cast a ballot next Tuesday.“Who you vote for is your secret. But whether or not you vote is public record,” the letter says.“We will be reviewing voting records . . . to determine whether you joined your neighbors who voted in 2014.”It ends with a line better suited to a mob movie than a major political party: “If...

Join us, as our young campaign volunteer learns about voter intimidation… Pavel Syerov, Jr. was back home from college for the weekend, just to walk some precincts before the election. With a bakery halfway between the train station and the house, he decided to pick up some danish and doughnuts for the folks. He walked into the familiar storefront, took his place at the end of a long line, and instinctively reached for his smartphone to kill time during the wait. But his ears perked up when he overheard a discussion in progress, ahead of him in line. “Well, it’s...
