PARIS (AP) — The Latest on France protests (all times local): 1 p.m. French left-wing opposition parties are seeking a no-confidence vote in President Emmanuel Macron's government amid growing protests and fears of violence. The Socialist Party, far-left Defiant France and the Communist Party are setting aside their divisions and promising to submit the request to the lower house of parliament, or National Assembly, on Monday. The assembly would hold a no-confidence motion within 48 hours of the request. The left-wing parties alone don't have nearly enough votes to bring down the government, since Macron's centrist Republic on the Move...

Brenda Snipes, the elections supervisor for Broward County, Fla., who resigned after coming under scrutiny for the way her office handled vote counting during the Nov. 6 election, will receive nearly $130,000 in annual pensions once she leaves office in January, according to reports. Snipes, 75, already receives a pension of more than $58,000 from her time as an educator and is poised to collect another $71,000 for 15 years as an elected official, the Sun-Sentinel reported. "Although I have enjoyed this work tremendously over these many election cycles, both large and small, I am ready to pass the torch,"...

The AP is saying some privileged white male in Utah has gotten rid of a black woman trying to do her job. I just saw ABC news report it happily. When will Democrats speak AGAINST this racist action?

The Florida Democratic Party allegedly violated election laws by asking voters to fix their vote-by-mail ballots after voting already concluded. The state’s party instructed workers and volunteers to reach out to the voters who submitted mail ballots with signature issues and requested that they resolve the discrepancies, reported The Naples Daily News. The instructions came after Election Day already passed, making the effort a violation of Florida’s election rules. The Democratic Party sent modified “cure affidavit” forms showing a deadline of Nov. 8, three days beyond the state’s actual deadline. The altered forms were distributed in multiple Florida counties including...

It takes a lot to render Dana Loesch speechless, something I’m sure Michael Bloomberg could agree to.However, even the National Rifle Association’s most visible spokeswoman was at a loss for words when she found out that the alleged Parkland shooter had been registered to vote while behind bars in Broward County.Nikolas Cruz, the 20-year-old man who is accused of killing 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School back in February, is currently awaiting trial in the Broward County Jail.Yet, back in July, he was registered to vote. Andrew Pollack, whose daughter Meadow was one of Cruz’s alleged victims, was...

It is an indisputable truth: election fraud is a pillar of democrat party activism. What is unclear is why no Congress and no Attorney General has ever taken the initiative to guarantee our right to be fairly counted in the process designed to preserve our freedom and our power over government. ~snip~ Without a fair and legal process, we have no rights, we have no security and we find ourselves being governed by people who have proven themselves to be corrupt at their core.

Just voted, 10:30 east cost time, upstate New York. The voting place was almost crowded, at least 20 people were voting when I walked in. There was a line at the machine. I've never seen so many people there. I usually vote in the mid-morning..

When I see the high absentee ballot returns I realize that leftists have been trolling group homes, nursing homes, assisted care facilities, people in supportive living situations, institutions, prisons and hospitals looking for "incapacitated" people. You see an incapacitated person can have their caregiver vote FOR them and the caregiver is to vote in what the caregiver PERCEIVES TO BE THE INCAPACITATED VOTER'S BEST INTERESTS. So this gives social workers, a known leftist conclave enormous voting power. I watched this happen in CT in the late sixties, and it has been going on at a low to medium level since...

And were off! It’s Race Day in America!Oh, whoops, I can see how some might think that sounds, ah, racist. And that of course will give them cover to lie, cheat, steal and rob graves in order to get their POWER back.I know that nobody here needs to be encouraged to get to the polls to stop the crazies from imposing their contract on America. But remind anyone you might run into today that the country is doing just fine without the iron vise of Democratic control. And anybody who thinks handing the reins of the House Financial Services Committee over...

Luther Thought Purgatory was an Open Question? I came across this link posted on the Catholic Answers Forums: The Hope of Eternal Life. The link is ecumenical in nature, an attempt to smooth over the edges between Roman Catholicism and Lutheranism. This is the excerpt that was posted on CAF: 181. The most explicit discussion of purgatory in the Confessions comes in the 1537 Smalcald Articles, II, 2, which addressed the mass as sacrifice. Besides being itself a violation of the Gospel, the mass as sacrifice "has produced many noxious maggots and the excrement of various idolatries" (§11), the first...

Comedian and left-wing activist Chelsea Handler stripped nude to promote voting in Tuesday’s midterm elections in a new video she posted on social media. “You have to vote like your life depends on it! Vote!” Chelsea Handler said in an Instagram story where she appeared naked. This post comes as many Hollywood stars are getting involved in the midterm elections in favor of Democrats. Handler has been engaging in the important act of examining her “white privilege” President Donald Trump’s America.

If you like your Republican, you should keep your Republican. Tens of millions of Americans have mailed in their ballots already. Tomorrow, tens of millions more will go to the polls. I’m not confident how they’ll vote, but I am absolutely certain of one thing: Not one of them will see the name “Donald Trump” on the ballot. Instead, they will see different individuals with characters very different from Trump’s. They will see Republicans and Democrats with their own policy positions and their own rhetorical styles. Yet now voices from the left, the center, and what can only be called...

Voters casting ballots early in Sarasota say Trump was a big factor in their vote this year Sarasota retiree Patricia Rardin doesn’t always vote in midterm elections. “It depends on the issues,” said the 66-year-old former medical transcriptionist after she cast her ballot early over the weekend. “This one was important. I want to get rid of the people who vote alongside Trump.” Rudy Fraccio used to vote for Democrats but now believes the party is too liberal. The 85-year-old Sarasota health care worker voted a straight Republican ticket over the weekend, in part to support President Donald Trump. “I...

More than twice as many Texas voters, by percentage, cast ballots during early voting this year, compared to the totals from the 2014 midterm elections, according to the Secretary of State's office. Early voting ended Friday and already 4,884,528 (39.86 percent of voters) have gone to the polls or mailed in a ballot. In 2014, 1,715,731 (19.11 percent) early voted.

The blue wave is now a bygone figment of a liberal Hollywood fantasy. Voter excitement is clearly with the Republican Party and President Donald Trump! There is a Red Wave Rising! One pundit, Michael E. Newton, has been tracking the 2018 mid-term election data to date. He addresses people’s questions about mid-term voting to date: Newton explains that because Democrat and Republican voting may have gotten closer each day, doesn’t mean that the Democrats are really catching up in early voting. It just means the Republican percent of gains over 2016 are not as great as they were yesterday: What...

This is CNN… On Friday, the outlet once dubbed the “least-trusted” name in network news for its rabid anti-Trump and anti-Republican bias, published an op-ed suggesting that women engage in a “sex strike” before the midterm election, no doubt to help Democrats. “It’s time for a revolution,” wrote Wednesday Martin. “At the polls, and in the bedroom. And in our understanding of who women are, sexually and otherwise. Given the tight interweaving of economic and political power with sexual entitlement, female sexual autonomy has never been more urgent, and women’s sexual pleasure has never been more political. Let’s consider what...
