  • Gore, Dean, and Kennedy: Their Speech Instructor!

Driving home from work last Friday ( 4 June 04), I heard Sean Hannity playing some of the Democrats' speeches (Gore, Kennedy, and Dean) from the last few months. Sean and Gingrich (his guest) analyzed the false logic in the speeches, but it was the tone, the hatefulness, and pace of the delivery of the speeche that really caught my attention. The longer I listened the more I think they all had taken speech instructions from Hitler!
  • Wall Street Costs The Economy 2% Of GDP Each Year

“Wall Street is back,” says the New York Times, and the economic cost is high. The excessive financialization of the US economy reduces the GDP by 2% every year, according to a new study by International Monetary Fund. That’s a massive drag on the economy–some $320 billion per year. Wall Street has thus become, not just a moral problem with rampant illegality and outlandish compensation of executives and traders: Wall Street is a macro-economic problem of the first order.

The fall in to “certain untruth” is almost complete within the ranks of the increasingly mentally disturbed Left. Further, because so much of what the Left is promulgating is in fact certain untruth, it must continually seek to cut off rational debates. It abhors questions about the veracity of its dogma and praxis. Leftists believe it is vitally important to prohibit questions that might undermine them or their system’s credibility. Nothing, absolutely nothing, about the dogma of the Left is to be questioned. It is only to be believed. That is one reason why the Left’s current chief flag bearer,...

IS Hollywood really ready to give a 67-year-old woman a leading role in a big-budget production? Hillary Clinton’s campaign has echoes of various classic movies: “Single White Female,” with Hillary creepily co-opting the identity of the more trendy Elizabeth Warren; “My Fair Lady,” with Hillary sitting meekly and being schooled on how to behave by tyrannical Pygmalions (Iowa voters); “The Usual Suspects,” with Hillary’s hoodlums, Sidney Blumenthal and David Brock, vying to be Keyser Söze; and, of course, “How to Steal a Million,” a caper about a heist plotted by a couple that doesn’t need the money. From a narrative...

WASHINGTON — Just as Sen. Bernie Sanders’ progressive presidential challenge to Hillary Clinton is gaining steam, an old essay of his has surfaced in which he says women fantasize “being raped by 3 men simultaneously.” “A man goes home and masturbates his typical fantasy. A woman on her knees, a woman tied up, a woman abused,” Sanders, 73, wrote in 1972 for an alternative newspaper called the Vermont Freeman. “A woman enjoys intercourse with her man — as she fantasizes being raped by 3 men simultaneously.” In another part of the article he wrote: “Do you know why the newspapers...

A jury took just 40 minutes this week to clear Prince Philip’s former aide Benjamin Herman of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl. He had been accused of grooming her in the Seventies while working at Buckingham Palace. Eighty-year-old Mr Herman was innocent, yet his good name has been dragged through the mud. Meanwhile, officers leading Operation Hydrant — the inquiry set up to investigate historic sex abuse — have revealed that they are investigating an astonishing 1,400 suspects, including 76 politicians, 43 figures from the music industry and 135 from TV, film and radio. Each and every one of these...

Left-wing Marxist Sen. Bernie Sanders penned a disgusting anti-woman ‘rape’ screed in ’72, but he’ll probably get away with it because, after all, he’s not a conservative It will be interesting to see what the mainstream media will make of an essay written by avowed socialist (and Democratic presidential contender) Sen. Bernie Sanders in 1972, in which he claimed, among other things, that a woman “fantasizes being raped by three men simultaneously.” Here’s a forecast: Sanders, because he’s on the Left side of politics like the mainstream media, will get a pass. Still, his campaign has already begun trying...

Smash the patriarchy! New York police allegedly arrested two men for “manspreading” (sitting with their legs far apart) on the subway, according to a report entitled “That’s How They Get You” released by the Police Reform Organizing Project. “On a recent visit to the arraignment part in Brooklyn’s criminal court, PROP volunteers observed that police officers had arrested two Latino men on the charge of ‘man spreading’ on the subway, presumably because they were taking up more than one seat and therefore inconveniencing other riders,” the report states.

More than four years ago, Congress passed, and President Obama signed, the Patriot Sunsets Extension Act of 2011. Since that day, May 26, 2011, it’s been known that key provisions of our nation’s counterterrorism surveillance programs are set to expire this June 1. That is why Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), Rep. John Conyers Jr. (D-Mich.), Sen. Patrick J. Leahy (D-Vt.) and I worked diligently on a bipartisan and bicameral basis to produce the USA Freedom Act. As with any legislation, the USA Freedom Act is not perfect. It does end the bulk collection of phone records and other data by...
  • OPINION: Bernie Sanders is Hillary's leftward advance man

Is Bernie Sanders pulling Hillary Clinton to the Left? No, for the same reason a canoe doesn’t pull an aircraft carrier. The Vermont socialist running in the Democratic presidential race is currently at 7.4 percent in the RealClearPolitics average of national polls, versus Clinton’s 64.2 percent. Clinton is in fact moving leftward on issues like immigration, gay marriage, inequality and more, but it’s not because she’s feeling the heat from a little-known competitor. Still, Sanders is staking out a role as the forward scout of the Democratic Left,

As negatives pile up on Hillary’s doorstep, the Democratic left is flocking to Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders. According to Quinnipiac, Sanders has gone from 4% of the Democratic primary vote in April to 8% in April to 15% in their May 28 survey. While Hillary still has 57% of the primary vote (down from 60% last month), Sanders is moving up fast. The Vermont Senator is eclipsing former Maryland governor Martin O’Malley, former Virginia senator Jim Webb, and former Rhode Island governor Lincoln Chaffee, each of whom gets only 1% of the vote. Among self-described “very liberal Democrats,” Hillary leads...

In a 1972 essay, presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) opined that men fantasized about women being abused. He also claimed that women fantasized about being gang raped. In an article entitled "Men-And-Women," published in an alternative newspaper called the "Vermont Freeman" Sanders shared his thoughts on male and female sexuality in ways that would cause a media firestorm if it had been penned by any current GOP candidate. Even one with as little chance at grabbing his party's nomination as Sanders currently has. "A man goes home and masturbates his typical fantasy," wrote Sanders. "A woman on her knees....

Dan Joseph at our MRCTV website reports that Mother Jones dropped a little bomb on the Bernie Sanders campaign: an essay that Sanders wrote in February 1972 about the “typical” rape fantasies of men and women. In an article entitled "Man -- And Woman," published in an alternative newspaper called the Vermont Freeman, Sanders spun his theories: "A man goes home and masturbates his typical fantasy," wrote Sanders. "A woman on her knees. A woman tied up. A woman abused." Sanders didn't specify as to how he had gained such a deep understanding of the male psyche. In terms of...

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) sought to distance himself Thursday from an essay he wrote in the 1970s that discusses rape fantasies. Michael Briggs, a spokesman for the 2016 White House contender’s campaign, called the essay a "dumb attempt at dark satire in an alternative publication,” according to CNN. Briggs added that the writing "in no way reflects his views or record on women,” saying it “was intended to attack gender stereotypes of the '70s.” The essay, published by the Vermont Freeman in 1972, discussed violent sexual fantasies. In it, Sanders wrote that a man’s “typical fantasy” is “a woman tied...

Willie Geist wondered out loud what would happen to a Republican candidate who had written that women fantasize about being raped--and Scarborough asked if he would he still be in the race? But when it's a candidate for the Dem presidential nomination who had written those words, well, that's a different story. On today's Morning Joe, when Joe Scarborough raised the matter of Bernie Sanders having written that women fantasize about being raped, Mika Brzezinski repeatedly tried to shut him down and turn the page. RUSH: A new Gallup poll out. Headline: "Americans Continue to Shift Left on Key Moral Issues." Now, before you go off getting depressed about this, let me tell you what the reason for this is, after we give you the details. "Americans are more likely now than in the early 2000s to find a variety of behaviors morally acceptable, including gay and lesbian relations, having a baby outside of marriage and sex between an unmarried man and woman. Moral acceptability of many of these issues is now at a record-high level." It's a subtle message to the Republican Party, and...

Self-proclaimed socialist and progressive favorite Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) laments the idea that Americans can choose between “23 underarm spray deodorants” as children go hungry under President Obama’s economy. “You don’t necessarily need a choice of 23 underarm spray deodorants when children are hungry in this country,” Sanders told John Harwood in an interview posted Tuesday. Sanders will make his official campaign Democratic presidential announcement alongside the Ben and Jerry’s cofounders in Burlington on Tuesday.

This week Vermont Senator and self-avowed socialist Bernie Sanders sat down with CNBC’s John Harwood for an interview on the issues facing all the 2016 candidates. Sanders is technically running for President, and is at least keeping up the public appearance of being serious. (He told Harwood, I think we got a shot to win this thing.) With that in mind, I suppose it’s worth taking a moment to examine some of his answers and remind everyone exactly what’s lurking under the covers of the deep left wing of the Democrats. While it may seem like a bit of...

Hillary Clinton is heading to the Sunshine State this week to spend time with one of Florida’s most influential Democratic donors, trial lawyer John Morgan. Morgan is not just praising Clinton’s candidacy, but actively bashing her potential Republican rivals. In an interview with The Daily Beast, Morgan took shots at Wisconsin Governor and prospective 2016 candidate, Scott Walker: “Walker would be the first president with a GED.”The Democratic donor attempted to insult Walker for not obtaining a college degree, which he opted out of in order to get started with his career. Morgan continued, calling Walker cruel names in an...
