A Texas realtor has been charged with making terroristic threats after she was caught on camera hitting four Indian women while calling them “f—ing curry-assed bitches.” Esmeralda Upton, 58, was arrested Thursday in Plano for the prolonged, hate-filled attack caught in a video that starts with her yelling at the women to “go back to f—ing India!”

The House easily passed Republican legislation on Friday allowing insurers to keep offering old insurance plans for another year in response to President Barack Obama’s broken “if you like it, you can keep it” promise.

President Obama is considering backing a bill by Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.) that would force insurers to keep offering plans that were in existence this year, even if it means reinstating ones they had cancelled to get right with Obamacare’s standards, according to the Wall Street Journal. The legislation would be a step toward fixing Obama’s broken promise that under Obamacare, people could keep their insurance if they liked it, a vow that has turned out to be massively false.
