Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., pledged that as president he would disclose government information about aliens and unidentified flying objects. Sanders, one of the leading 2020 Democrats, told podcast host Joe Rogan on Tuesday that his wife would "demand" he tell people about the mysterious phenomena. “Well I tell you, my wife would demand I let you know," he told Rogan who asked whether Sanders would disclose that information. When Rogan asked whether his wife was a UFO nut, he said she wasn't but said she has previously asked him about the information he might have as a senator. “No, she’s...

Think of the X-37B as the Space Shuttle’s smaller, younger brother and you wouldn’t be wrong. With its bullet-like shape, stubby wings, and two tone black and white appearance, the X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle looks like a smaller, cuter version of the manned orbiter that served NASA for decades. That’s where the comparison ends though: property of the U.S. Air Force, the secretive, unmanned X-37B is built to spend months in orbit, carrying out classified missions on behalf of America’s military space program.

These galaxies are selected from a Hubble Space Telescope program to measure the expansion rate of the universe, called the Hubble constant. The value is calculated by comparing the galaxies' distances to the apparent rate of recession away from Earth (due to the relativistic effects of expanding space). By comparing the apparent brightnesses of the galaxies' red giant stars with nearby red giants, whose distances were measured with other methods, astronomers are able to determine how far away each of the host galaxies are. This is possible because red giants are reliable milepost markers because they all reach the same...

The Air Force gave a word of caution to the thousands of people planning to storm Area 51 in Nevada later this year, warning the UFO enthusiasts that the military “stands ready to protect America and its assets.†Pressed by The Washington Post on Friday about how officials plan to respond to those who turn up to the Nevada base, Air Force spokeswoman Laura McAndrews declined to elaborate on specific details. However, she did issue a warning to those who may be serious about a plan to infiltrate the Nevada Air Force base.“[Area 51] is an open training range for the U.S. Air Force, and we...

The video, taken shortly before 10 p.m. Tuesday, shows a string of reddish lights in the sky move slightly before blinking out. Below, three evenly spaced lights shine in a horizontal line. Isaiah Alvarez, who shot the video, said these lights became very bright and left. Alvarez said he often sees strange things in the sky in that area; this was just the first time he was able to catch it on video. A spokesperson for Davis-Monthan Air Force Base said they are not aware of anything that would cause the strange lights.

A bizarre online campaign suggesting that UFO enthusiasts storm Area 51 in search of alien secrets hidden at the infamous base has seemingly garnered the support of nearly 200,000 people. The wild idea is reportedly the brainchild of a group of online agitators who created a Facebook event titled 'Storm Area 51, They Can't Stop All of Us.' Although the proposed gathering appears to have been just a joke, the concept captured the imagination of the masses online. To date, a whopping 181,000 people have declared that they are 'attending' the event and another 200 thousand individuals have expressed interest...

Jan 13, 2014, 11:08pm Iran Says 'Tall, White' Space Aliens Control America Michael Peck Documents leaked by NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden conclusively prove that the United States has been ruled by a race of tall, white space aliens who also assisted the rise of Nazi Germany in the 1930s. TFSB spy agency, which found "incontrovertible proof' that an 'alien/extraterrestrial intelligence agenda' is driving U.S. domestic and international policy, and has been doing so since at least 1945," said the Iranian news service. Snowden, who has been given asylum in Russia, leaked documents that a race of extraterestrial "tall whites" arrived...

Breaking the Light Speed Barrier with David Sereda by Diane M. Cooper How do alien spacecraft get into our Solar System from those galaxies far, far away? David Sereda thinks he has found the answer to this question. In this technically satisfying but extremely readable interview, Sereda describes some of the experiences with alternative energy that eventually led to his "revelation" about the way alien spacecraft maneuver. Pennsylvania State Police said they were called around 9 a.m. Sunday by the manager of the Bahney House Hotel on West Main Street. The manager stated that Oxenreider, who is a tenant, told him he had made an explosive device, police said. Following the revelations that a series of bizarre encounters between Navy pilots and UFOs had occurred off the east coast of the United States from 2014 to early 2015, The War Zone set out in search of any possible explanation for at least some of these incidents that don't involve fantastic origins or extremely advanced technology. Over the last month, we have identified one possibility, in particular, that is worth mentioning. Instead of anti-gravitational propulsion or flying machines from space, this possibility—and that is all it is, a possibility—has to do with specially designed radar reflector balloons and submarines, as...

A report published this week by the NASA Office of Inspector General reveals that in April 2018 hackers breached the agency's network and stole approximately 500 MB of data related to Mars missions. The point of entry was a Raspberry Pi device that was connected to the IT network of the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) without authorization or going through the proper security review. According to a 49-page OIG report, the hackers used this point of entry to move deeper inside the JPL network by hacking a shared network gateway. The hackers used this network gateway to pivot inside...

Babb stopped short of confirming that the bright, white dot spotted by numerous News Center 7 viewers was indeed a DARPA balloon, however another spokesperson for DARPA said given the location it was likely one of their balloons. Sightings of the object were reported Tuesday to News Center 7 from viewers in Xenia, Englewood, West Milton, West Carrollton and Eaton. DARPA’s ALTA program’s balloons can fly at altitudes of more than 75,000 feet. “While they do not have independent propulsion, the ALTA vehicle is designed to navigate by changing altitude and thus taking advantage of different wind profiles aloft,” according...

While the truth might be out there, technological aliens don't seem to be — at least not yet. New results from the most comprehensive Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) program ever undertaken — which surveyed 1,327 nearby stars for signals from intelligent beings — have turned up empty. "There's certainly nothing out there glaringly obvious," ... lead author of a paper about the results, which were published in The Astrophysical Journal, told Live Science. "There's no amazingly advanced civilizations trying to contact us with incredibly powerful transmitters." While the team didn't find anything this time around, Price said that there...
