Put yourself in the place of the supreme maximum leader, his excellency and malevolent ruler of all Barack Hussein Obama. You’re the leader of the free word and aside from playing golf, campaigning and fundraising you occasionally make decisions that affect the fate of the future of the planet. One of these would be whether to throw opened the gates to the country to every disease and bomb carrying terrorist, thug and leech OR keep them out and save the nation. ISIL could pose threat to US, Europe, officials say http://news.yahoo.com/isil-could-pose-threat-to-u-s-—europe—officials-say-135908833.html AZ Sheriff: ISIS Likely Way into Homeland Is Unsecured...

Sabrina Moss, who had a four-year-old son, was shot in the heart as she became caught up in a bloody drugs turf while standing with a group of about 15 others outside a fast-food restaurant in...

Rep. Mike Honda (D-CA) has introduced legislation that would prohibit the sale, use, or possession of body armor by unauthorized persons. “Authorized persons” in Honda’s view include government law-enforcement personnel, troops, and others the government may deem worthy of such protection. “Those duly empowered to use deadly force should not have to fear that their efforts might be thwarted by the widespread availability of bullet-resistant vests or helmets,” Honda said. “The government’s capacity to suppress dangerous elements must not be diluted.” Honda dismissed the idea that law-abiding civilians could have a legitimate need for this type of personal protection—Bullet Blocker’s...

On the Friday broadcast of “The McLaughlin Group,” columnist Pat Buchanan predicted that President Obama would grant amnesty to illegal immigrants via executive order by Labor Day and that such an action would “set the country completely on fire.” After Washington Examiner Chief Congressional Correspondent Susan Ferrechio argued that “Democrats could gain from Hispanic voters turning out, especially if the president decides to take key executive actions in this summer that would help Hispanics who are here in the country, perhaps living here illegally. That could boost popularity for the party,” Buchanan responded “executive amnesty will set the country completely...

The PJ Tatler Eric Holder’s Soros-Sponsored Police Sensitivity ‘Training’ Your money went to the radical Institute on Race and Justice. J. Christian Adams August 21, 2014 The vice president’s Boeing 757 delivered Eric Holder to St. Louis yesterday. In Ferguson, Holder announced that he was “a black man” and therefore had the power to heal Ferguson in ways that no other law enforcement official could. Yet his comments were sure to throw gasoline on fire burning hot with racial division. That shouldn’t shock anyone. It’s the community organizing model of running the Justice Department. What is shocking is who is...

There is little question that the deal approved by Barack Obama to trade five dangerous terrorists for an Army sergeant accused of desertion struck many Americans as ill-advised and potentially dangerous. The nonpartisan Government Accountability Office, however, took the criticism to a higher level in a report released Thursday. By failing to give Congress 30 days’ notice before releasing the prisoners, the agency found the Defense Department in clear violation of a federal law.

After meeting with a "bevy" of big-business groups, President Barack Obama is reportedly considering granting them up to 800,000 additional guest-worker visas via executive actions.

They don't make a Hallmark card for this -- as far as we know -- but for nine days starting Saturday, a small but persistent group of activists will flock to overpasses and street corners across the country for "National Impeach Obama Week." The Coalition to Impeach Obama Now! organizers, coordinated by San Diego activist Roger Ogden, have no national endorsements from Tea Party groups or Republican politicians. Instead, impeachobamaweek.net has a small list of regional and local Tea Party, libertarian, and otherwise anti-Obama activist groups backing them.

An officer who was working at the Ferguson protests was caught on camera pointing a semi-automatic weapon at a peaceful demonstrator and saying "I will f****ng kill you." Yesterday, it was announced the police officer was suspended indefinitely. The incident just before midnight on Tuesday punctuated the 11th straight night of racially charged demonstrations in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, Missouri, since Brown, an unarmed 18-year-old, was slain by a white police officer. No one was hurt in the gun-pointing confrontation, but the incident underscored what many have criticized as heavy-handed and unprofessional police tactics that have helped stoke...

Attorney General Holder visits Ferguson as grand jury probes Michael Brown shooting; demonstrators detained in NYC WARNING GRAPHIC LANGUAGE IN VIDEO: U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder spoke with students near the strife-filled Missouri town, and also talked with police boss state Highway Patrol Capt. Ron Johnson — even as one law officer brought in from out of town was videotaped threatening protesters. In New York, demonstrators took to the streets early Thursday. BY Meg Wagner , Corky Siemaszko NEW YORK DAILY NEWS Updated: Thursday, August 21, 2014, 3:50 AM Declaring “change is coming,” the nation’s top law enforcement officer arrived...

In April, the House Ways and Means Committee referred Lois Lerner to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution. Nothing has come of it. Given the politicization and lawlessness of the DOJ under Attorney General Eric Holder, nothing likely will. The House should move to impeach Lerner instead, and other IRS officials who have broken the law. Federal bureaucrats need to be sent a message that lawbreaking is not part of their job descriptions, and that notwithstanding our recalcitrant Justice Department, our constitutional system provides this remedy against executive branch officials gone rogue under the law. More importantly, Americans deserve...

BULLHEAD CITY — There’s “no logic” to proposed new regulations on coal-fired power plants by the federal Environmental Protection Agency, said Tyler Carlson, Mohave Electric Cooperative chief executive officer. Carlson spoke at the Bullhead Area Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon, held at Mohave Community College. MEC is not against clean air, Carlson said. “What we’re concerned about is the over-reach, the over-reaction, what we’re worried about is having rules and regulations that aren’t reasonable, that aren’t rational and that actually have collateral damage to them.” The rules changes would shut down coal production in Arizona, driving up the cost of...

President Barack Obama is considering key changes in the nation's immigration system requested by tech, industry and powerful interest groups, in a move that could blunt Republicans' election-year criticism of the president's go-it-alone approach to immigration. Administration officials and advocates said the steps would go beyond the expected relief from deportations for some immigrants in the U.S. illegally that Obama signaled he'd adopt after immigration efforts in Congress collapsed. Following a bevy of recent White House meetings, top officials have compiled specific recommendations from business groups and other advocates whose support could undercut GOP claims that Obama is exceeding his...

...Michael Brown and the paramilitarized Ferguson Police Department are two sides of the same coin. They are the joint product of the politics of grievance and the growing expansion of government. The taxes that made the mobs dependent also armed the paramilitary police that contain them. You have one government department handing out Obamaphones and another handing out MRAPs to the cops. HHS gives out Obamacare and the IRS enforces it. A giant bureaucracy tasked with providing all “positive rights” rumbles on, even as progressive politics unleashes more “community organizers” while erecting a giant political machine to meet those same...

Gov. Rick Perry has been booked on two felony counts of abuse of power for carrying out a threat to veto funding to state public corruption prosecutors. Perry, who is mulling a second presidential run in 2016, turned himself in Tuesday at the Travis County courthouse. He vowed he'd fight the charges "with every fiber of my being." The Republican is accused of coercion and official oppression for publicly promising to veto $7.5 million for the state public integrity unit run by the Travis County district attorney's office.

The Environmental Protection Agency’s public release of farmers’ and ranchers’ personal information violates basic tenets of federal law, the American Farm Bureau Federation told a Minnesota federal court late Friday. The EPA surprised the farming and ranching community in early 2013 when it publicly released a massive database of personal information about tens of thousands of livestock and poultry farmers, ranchers and their families in 29 states. The information was distributed to three environmental groups that had filed requests under the Freedom of Information Act. The database included the names of farmers, ranchers and sometimes other family members, home addresses,...

In 2011, President Barack Obama famously called for “shared sacrifice” in America. Three years later, his wish might just become the Environmental Protection Agency’s command. In the coming months, Obama’s EPA will decide whether to further tighten air quality requirements, known as the National Ambient Air Quality Standards. If the EPA gets its way (to which it is accustomed), the vast majority of the country, including Las Vegas and nearly all of Nevada, would fall into so-called “non-attainment” — when the EPA deems air pollution levels “persistently exceed” limits. This is up from a few isolated regions just five years...

A tweet by St. Louis Post-Dispatch crime reporter Christine Byers dropped a bombshell in the ongoing reporting on the shooting of unarmed 18 year old Michael Brown by a Ferguson, Missouri police officer. “Police sources tell me more than a dozen witnesses have corroborated cop’s version of events in shooting Ferguson.”

Police in Ferguson, MO arrested two journalists for covering the protests over their fatal shooting of an unarmed teenager eight times, including in the back. Officers shoved Wesley Lowery, of the Washington Post, into a soda machine for taping them, before he was cuffed in plastic binds. An officer rammed Ryan Grim’s head against glass. The reporter for the Huffington Post wasn’t packing up his reporting gear quickly enough. Both journalists’ respective papers released statements condemning the Ferguson police, but the decline of free press reaches further than one town in Missouri. Unfortunately state suppression of the press is hardly...

SANTA FE, N.M.—A new school year is about to start for kids across New Mexico. That includes the children staying in the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, which has been remodeled to house up to 700 immigrants, nearly all of whom came to the United States from Central America. But who has been contracted to teach and how much it will cost is not so easy to discover. Multiple attempts emailing and calling federal officials at the facility as well as the office of Artesia Mayor Phil Burch produced no response. Shortly after the facility was refurbished in...
