As 'flagthefly' I posted a link to a BBC article about an investigation by the most respected medical magazine in the world, which had some unpleasant things to say about the real number of dead in Iraq. Musician David Crosby was arrested on marijuana and gun possession charges early Saturday at a Times Square hotel, hours after earning a standing ovation at a New Jersey concert, police said. Crosby, 62, a two-time inductee to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, was arrested at 1 a.m. at the DoubleTree Suites Hotel with an ounce of marijuana, a .45-caliber handgun and a knife in his possession, police said. An Easy Weymouth man was arrested for drunk driving twice within two hours on Sunday. Michael Murphy, 38, of Academy Avenue, had three prior operating under the influence of alcohol convictions when he was arrested just before 1:30 a.m. following an accident in the Heights. A man died when he apparently shot himself accidentally after the robbery of a taxi driver in Brampton early yesterday.
