VAN BUREN - Two brothers are being held after a shootout with a Crawford County man who lawmen said caught them siphoning gas from his vehicle. Chadrick Holsted, 20, turned himself in about 5 p.m. Tuesday after authorities negotiated his surrender with his father, Chief Deputy Ron Brown said. His brother, Mark Holsted, was shot in the shoulder and leg late Sunday and was taken to St. Edward Mercy Medical Center in Fort Smith.
