Kalamazoo, Michigan, Department of Public Safety Chief Jeffrey Hadley will appear with gun control proponent Gabby Giffords Monday to argue against suppressor ownership by “everyday Americans” and to oppose national reciprocity for concealed carry. A Virginia mother allegedly shot dead her 6-year-old daughter — and then called police to report the shooting. Darla Hise, 27, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Abigail Hise.
