FULL TITLE: Shocking moment 18-year-old serial offender is shot dead a fraction of a second after pointing his gun at a cop
This is the shocking moment a Baltimore teenager fleeing a police officer spins and points his gun at the cop - only to be shot dead.
The bodycam footage, released by Baltimore Police Department, came at the end of a chase between Detective David Kincaid Jr and Curtis Deal, 18, in West Baltimore on Tuesday.
Police say Deal, who was out on $250,000 bond, jumped out of a car Kincaid was following on Tuesday and ran. Kincaid cut the youth off as he exited an alley, resulting in the violent scene.

But this guy had paid 250k to turn his life around?? Why did the cop murder him, he was going to enroll in community college and make a living for his baby mamas and 6 kids??
Burn down the Jack in The Box, break the windows of Starbucks, free sneakers at Foot Locker, let there be justice!

We’ve been “raising questions” for, oh, about 45 years or so. To no avail because our corrupt, Leftist judges are tyrants and our Representatives are paid-off cowards.

What did they expect him to get? A medal. Well he did get medal,though not a medal. He got hot lead. That, in my opinion, is what the anarchists should get. In the end, play stupid games. Win stupid prizes.

This unusual occupation is usually mentioned in conjunction with the subject either being slain or being taken into custody for a violent or property-related crime. A relative of the subject usually points out that the subject's demise or incarceration comes at an extremely inopportune moment, occurring just as the subject was "turning they(sic) life around."
Special K Icey Eight had a checkered past, but his mother insisted he was a "good boy" who was just turning his life around, when the aspiring rapper was gunned down by a homeowner after breaking into the house via the kitchen window.

Too lenient? Looks to me they just held court in the street, found him guilty and gave him the death penalty.
