TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) People in Oregon are being asked not to call 911 if theyve run out of toilet paper. Over the past week, hordes of shoppers flooded stores across the nation looking to stockpile the household staple. Not only has this put a squeeze on retailers, but apparently police as well. Its hard to believe that we even have to post this. Do not call 9-1-1 just because you ran out of toilet paper. You will survive without our assistance, The Newport Police Department wrote on Facebook. The agency offered a tongue-in-cheek list of alternatives for those in...

My first thought after hearing of this was, “I bet AOC and her ‘Squad’ in the House would welcome a law like this.”My second thought was, “Maybe AOC’s right that right-wingers spend too much thinking about her.”We should be thinking about Trump in this case, not her. You want looser libel laws to make it easier for him to sue the “fake news media”? Okay, but remember that the left will avail itself of those laws too. Call a male-to-female transgendered person a “he” on Twitter and who knows how much you might owe. Caroline Farrow said Surrey Police...

A series of prominent Democrats demanded Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam's resignation on Friday, excoriating him for appearing in a racist yearbook photo showing one person dressed in blackface and another in the KKK's signature white hood and robes. The calls came from a number of 2020 presidential candidates, members of Congress and prominent liberal organizations, all of whom said Northam's apology on the issue was not enough. The NAACP also called for Northam to leave office. Those calls, however, were not echoed by Virginia Democrats, including Sens. Tim Kaine and Mark Warner. Both said they were shocked and offended by...

Two things tend to happen in the final weeks of an election cycle: a few races that we’ve been watching become more competitive while others that had the potential to become very close recede to safer columns for the party holding the seats. Both are true when it comes to today’s rating changes. Ratings Changes: Montana (D – Tester): Lean Democrat to Toss Up → Ohio (D – Brown): Lean Democrat to Likely Democrat ← Nebraska (R – Fischer): Likely Republican to Solid Republican → New Jersey (D – Menendez): Likely Democrat to Lean Democrat → MONTANA: There was a...

The regional supermarket chain, which is based in Florida, announced its decision amid a "die-in" at several Publix stores in the state to protest the supermarket chain's financial support for a gubernatorial candidate who opposes gun control. Publix said Friday in a statement that it will "suspend corporate-funded political contributions as we reevaluate our giving processes."

Discovered inside the huge tranche of secretive Obamatrade documents released by Wikileaks are key details on how technically any Republican voting for Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) that would fast-track trade deals like the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal would technically also be voting to massively expand President Obamas executive authority when it comes to immigration matters. The mainstream media covered the Wikileaks document dump extensively, but did not mention the immigration chapter contained within it, so Breitbart News took the documents to immigration experts to get their take on it. Nobody has figured how big a deal the documents uncovered...
