HR is following current policy until the executive suite changes the policy. That seems reasonable to me.
I think Elon just thinks it’s funny that he, the boss, gets a memo from HR.
There was some scuttlebutt yesterday that Tesla engineers were pouring over and dissecting Twitter algorithms and code.
On the 30 days deadline, Elon Musk, in a follow-up tweet, said,
“So demanding to allow a mere 30 days to learn this priceless information.”
That is hilarious !
Yeah, I saw that. But after all these weeks you’d think he had both a management team and tech team ready to be deployed.

I get automated training reminders all the time. This one reads like HR is addressing a middle schooler.
Anyone in a office job knows these horrible, biased, racist and mandatory training courses. They need to be removed from a requirement to being employed.

HR departments of companies coast to coast should be fired . . . except for the person who presses ENTER to generate the paychecks.
I think we have learned from his humor, e.g. "Let that sink in" or "Ligma Johnson" that Musk has a multilevel view of things and its nuances. So, all of the above. Like, uh, my software guys are going to find all the folks responsible for programming this and all the folks responsible for ordering this to be programmed andall the guys who approved all of this way of doing business and you are all fired for your negative value contribution to this what will become a high performance organization.

Musk should fire the entire HR department on Monday. Call a team meeting with HR, the tell them they a useless as all HR people are, then fire their worthless asses.
I wonder what horrible job evaluations are in store for Elon if he doesn’t complete the course in 30 days?
